About: I have had dogs and cats in my life for as long as I can remember. In addition to my own fur family, I've watched several other's fur babies for the past 10 years. I work from home, so I'm home the majority of the time. That means your animals always get the attention they need, plus always another animal for companionship. I don't have a fenced yard, but I ALWAYS tether or take them out on a leash when at my home. I do like to give treats like kongs for added stimulation as well. I do have crates or have room for crates for sleeping or if they need alone time.
About: I have owned and loved and cared for pets my entire life. Dogs, cats, birds, fish, gerbils/hamsters, hermit crabs and an occasional set of chickens. I will walk, run, take to dog parks, dog washes, go on drives, snuggle, relax, just be present with your pets. From Coralville, Iowa but currently in the Lake Oconee area until October 20th staying with family. I am currently available all hours and days. Happy to help take pets to vets or grooming, or day care in your home. I generally offer care in the home of the pet owner. I treat a pet owners home as if it were my own - often better. :-) With my primary goal being engagement, snuggles, care, and proper watering/feeding of animals, I will also help collect mail, water plants, vacuum, dust, laundry -- do whatever is deemed helpful.

I’ve dealt with losing a pet, and adding new additions to the family. In my eyes no breed of dog or cat is superior and I would love to meet all the pets I can!! walkers on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
