House Sitting in Ambridge

“I usually use Rover's boarding option, however, I wasn't able to find anyone in close proximity during this busy summer. With this being my first time using the house sitting service, I was nervous about leaving my dog and opening my home to someone I had just barely met. However, Mahle made this experience less stressful. We established a meet and greet a few days after I initially requested the days I needed a sitter for my dog. She responded promptly to my messages and showed up right on time. She was friendly, interacted and played with Koa as we discussed Koa's schedule and personality. When we were away, I did have to message her to see how everything was going and she responded quickly with updates of my dog and a picture. She was very respectful of my property and most importantly I came home to a happy dog. I feel more at ease using this Rover option and will definitely ask Mahle if she can sit for my dog in the future. Thank you, Mahle!!”

She was new to us and to our dogs and we were immediately comfortable with her staying in our home and caring for our dogs after the meet and greet. She kept us in the loop a couple times a day which gave us piece of mind and allowed us to enjoy our long weekend away with worry. About: 10 years experience is just how long since I’ve started getting paid to Pet Sit but my experience goes back since a child with our family pets, then my own little family as an adult always included our pets. I have experience with puppies and elderly doggies. I am currently not working so very open and flexible to all days and times. I plan to do Pet sitting/care part-time at first but am hoping it works out to be able to do more on a full-time basis. At this time I am not open to Pet sitting in my home as my apartment is small and I live with my teenage son and his dog lives with us who is territorial.

“Brianna was fantastic! She stayed in my home from Thursday until Sunday to watch my nine-year-old Vizsla and three year-old cat. Not only was she extremely responsive, but proactive about communication as well! She sent photos and kept me informed of things going on at my house like bad weather that caused a power outage and my lawn care company coming to cut the grass. She also kept my home extremely clean during her stay, honestly going above and beyond in several ways! My dog can be quite needy, and Brianna was not phased by that. She made me feel very comfortable about trusting her in my home and with my animals, which says a lot about her professionalism and level of care. While I would love to gate keep her so she is available whenever I need her, I figure she needs more than 1 “regular.” 10/10 highly recommend!”

About: Dogs are a huge part of my life. I always had a dog growing up. I have 4 pets at my family's house. I'm very patient when It comes to handling a dog and taking care of them. Need me to pop in for a quick meal and a walk, I got you! If you need me to come hang out with the pups for a few hours, I'm always here to keep your dog company! I'm currently a Flight Attendant full time out of Pittsburgh International Airport, but I'm looking to take care of some dogs, or cats on my days off. Every month is a bit different but I will always know a month in advance of what my schedule looks like. It could be a bit confusing but I know to make it work. I don't have any pets of my own here in PA, but I do always go to my friend's houses to check up on their pets while they're out of town or working. Once I get my schedule, 20th of every month. I will update my schedule and you can book from there! I hope to see some wagging tails soon! If needed to stay in my home for a couple of hours, I live in a apartment complex here in Cranberry Township, PA. Each building is locked so no-one can get in without a key fob. - At the client's home, I can easily crate the pet if needed, if the would like me to give them a bath I can also provide this as well. I'm no dog groomer, just a simple bath giver! If anything was to go haywire, I'll contact the client immediately to let them know the situation. I will always make sure to double check if doors are locked, they have enough water, food, and the best love they can get!

When we came home, the only evidence of Courtney being there was our happy and well cared for pup. She left the house in impeccable order. We will definitely be using Courtney again!”

My current occupation is as a kennel assistant, so I have been trained to administer medication, bathe, walk, feed, and take care of animals. I have dealt with all ages, including geriatric and puppies. I currently work a full-time job as a kennel assistant. I have weekends off and have some week days off if I know in advance. I am free all nights. I currently have a 5-month old dog and two cats. They get along very well. My dog is crate-trained and gets along with all dogs. I have a big yard, and live right by a dog park!
