About: I grew up taking care of my family dog, and now care for 2 cats of my own. I find myself offering to help care for friends' pets and enjoy it so much, I thought I'd broaden my scope. I have a rigid schedule on Monday and Tuesday, but I'm available before and after work. The rest of the week, my schedule opens up with more flexibility and I'm willing to work with your preferred routine I prefer to keep a consistent schedule with my pets, providing meals at the same time every day, and play time in the morning and evening. Ashlyn was wonderful! She knew exactly how to approach our cat and made her feel comfortable and safe. She sent us comprehensive updates and photos while we were away, which gave us great peace of mind. When we arrived home, our cat was happy and not stressed at all, so Ashlyn clearly did a wonderful job caring for her. I feel like our cat is already missing Ashlyn! 😊 We would definitely recommend her and would be happy to have her care for our cat again.
Megan was fantastic with the extra challenges that came with my cat Tony. He’s difficult to administer medicine for and Megan was patient and willing to adapt. He also wasn’t feeling well and Megan cleaned up a few throw ups that Tony had while I was out of town!
Razan has been amazing with my girl. She helped me out by watching her for a weekend, but has become one of my go-to let out people during my long work days. She’s always sure to send pictures and videos as well as updates on how Cal is doing. In addition, my senior lady has some anxiety (especially after some recent moves) and tends to get into things. After she knocked over my trash can and spread the contents throughout the house, Razan happily cleaned it up for me as I was still stuck at work for the next few hours. Happy to have her helping us out and providing care for my girl while I’m away on trips or long work days.
Kelly was a great caretaker for my precious 18-year-old Kittie. Jasmine was very well-adjusted as I put it after having been gone for a whole two weeks. Very pleased with the care she received. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
