Availability
I work a full-time Hybrid schedule in Sandy/Midvale. I am available after 4 pm every day and anytime on Saturday and Sunday. I am mainly seeking a dog-walking/hiking situation so I can spend more time outside, and I would prefer the weekend or after 4 pm. If you’re busy with a flurry of after-school activities and/or work, I’m happy to care for your pet in the early evenings while you’re out running around.

I’m happy to care for your senior pet or your pet needing special care. I have a senior cat and have cared for my family’s senior dog in the past. Administering pills orally is something I’ve got plenty of experience doing and I’ve also cared for elderly dogs experiencing incontinence.
A typical day
Exploring local trails and parks are my favorite things to do and I would love to bring your pet on an adventure with me. I miss going on hikes with my family and our Great Dane-Weimaraner dogs so I would love to bring that joy back into my life as I’m not currently in a place to have a dog of my own. I have cats and we love to play as well as enjoy treats and snuggles.

Pet care experience
Pets have been a part of my life forever. My family and friends rely on me to care for their pets and homes while they are away and I spend weeks every year doing just that. I personally have two female Tabby cats, one 18-year-old who requires senior care and a 4-year-old. My family also has two Great Dane - Weimaraner “children” as my mom calls them. They’ve each received Best-in-State training so I know a bit about behavior training as well.

Heaven did two drop in visits for me and sent amazing updates! She is very friendly with a calming presence. She was able to come at odd hours which is so appreciated! She sent photos where I could tell the dogs were both very calm and happy. If I ever need her help again I won’t hesitate to reach out!
I have known Heaven personally for about 7 years now. She has always been incredibly responsible and kind-hearted to both people and animals. I had her watch my dog while I was out of town on a couple of occasions and never once worried about her ability to take good care of him. As someone who has used previous rover sitters before, I know it can be scary to trust your pets with a stranger. She has my vote of confidence in every way, and I cannot recommend her enough as a support system.
