Would love to forge a lifelong relationship with your pet, to be there whenever you may need an extra hand, or lap! I just made this account in August, and I’m more than happy to send some references from people that I have dogs sat for in the past! Be my first reviews! i live in an apartment right off of alki! daily walks along the beach and to the park are so important for me and my Bean, and I would be happy to have some 4 legged company! Additionally, I have a dog-stroller and sling I would love to use to get those less mobile friends some fresh air.

About: Hi there! I’m a work-from-home dog lover with a cozy house, a small fenced yard, and a serious soft spot for four-legged guests—especially puppies! 🐶💛 Your dog (or dogs) will be treated like family here—and they’ll have me (and the whole place!) all to themselves. I only host one family at a time, so your pup gets my full attention and lots of love. They’re welcome on all the furniture (yes, couches and beds included—snuggles encouraged!). I’m home most of the day, so your pup will enjoy plenty of company, attention, and belly rubs. On the rare days I step out, it’s never for more than 4 hours. We go on one long and one short walk every day, unless you prefer otherwise. Whether your pup loves a good stroll or just likes lounging in the sun, I’m happy to adjust to their needs. Dogs can romp around in the fenced yard, nap in sunny spots, or curl up beside me during the workday. I also offer pick-up and drop-off if needed—just say the word! Whether it’s a weekend getaway or a longer trip, I can’t wait to spoil your pup(s) with love, treats, and all the sofa time they can handle! 🐾💛 Pet care is naturally woven into my day-to-day life—I’ve been caring for friends’ and family’s dogs for over 10 years, and I’m now excited to offer boarding professionally. Since I work from home, I’m able to give pets lots of attention throughout the day. We typically start the morning with a short walk and breakfast, followed by playtime or zoomies in the fenced yard. I offer a longer afternoon walk and evening feeding, with yard time and cuddles sprinkled throughout the day. I usually care for one or two dogs at a time to make sure each one gets plenty of attention, though I’m happy to host more if they’re from the same household. I’m comfortable giving oral medications, following special routines, and reinforcing training when needed—just let me know what your pup needs and I’ll make it happen! I make sure pups feel right at home—free to roam the house (it’s small, so no chance of getting lost! 😄) and welcome on all the furniture for maximum snuggles. If your dog is crate trained, I ask that you bring their crate. I only crate them when I need to step out for a bit, so they’re safe and comfy. We follow a balanced daily routine with a short morning walk, a longer afternoon walk, and plenty of playtime in the small, fenced yard. Fresh water is always available inside and outside to keep your pup happy and hydrated. I stick to your feeding schedule with morning and evening meals and can add a lunch feeding if your pup needs it. I’m happy to give oral medications and can reinforce training if you provide instructions. To help your pup settle in, please bring food, treats, a leash, a few favorite toys, and a t-shirt or sweatshirt that smells like home. Your pet’s wellbeing and your trust mean the world to me, and I’m here to make sure they have a safe, loving stay while you’re away.

“Mimi is an incredible pup sitter! She treats each pup with so much love and affection and is also super knowledgeable about dog training and behavior. I love that she takes the time to meet and get to know each dog prior to daycare to ensure pup compatibility and comfort, and her focus on small/medium/shy dogs made me feel so comfortable entrusting her with my 8 lb pup who can sometimes get overwhelmed with larger dogs. She sent tons of updates throughout the stay, and Coco had an amazing time hanging out and playing with Tribble and the other pups that were there!”

“Kelly is fantastic and very accommodating! She took Darby in and wore him out with long walks and play. Very comfortable with Kelly watching our big boy anytime, we will definitely be using her from here on out! Thanks again, Kelly!”

“Beau is kind, flexible and professional. Both my senior dog and my 7 month old pup went directly to him-exhibiting no separation anxiety at all. He took very good care of both dogs and worked-happily-around my complicated schedule. It was reassuring to trust that my dogs were getting top notch care!”

“Anthea and Luna took great care of my dog Finch and seemed to genuinely enjoy spending time with him! They were great communicators and we’d love to come back for daycare again.”

About: At Growlerz, we look to help promote well-balanced dogs and a peaceful pack. All employees are well versed in canine behavior and body language, and trained in Pet First Aid and CPR. Our yard has 8' fences and entries are double gated. The 7000+ square foot turfed yard is sanitized regularly. All dogs will have a required "down time" from 10-11 AM to make sure all get rest.

About: Are you looking for a safe and loving environment for your four-legged family member? Our West Seattle home is the perfect place for snuggles, quiet naps, and attentive supervision, complete with a secure fenced yard. I am new to Rover but a lifelong animal lover and very attentive to pet behavior and needs. I have past experience volunteering with animal rescues, fostering dogs and have pet sit for friends and family. Rover has given me the opportunity to channel my love for animal companionship. Every pet deserves love and attention, and I treat every furry friend as if they were my own. Care is provided in a secure part of my home that I spend most of my time in. I work from home and stay in the same room with pups the majority of the day and evening. During overnight stay, I like to provide daily updates and pictures. Just let me know what the right amount of communication per day. The day starts around 6 am and dogs are fed separately around 7 am. Feeding schedules, custom diets, medication can be worked out. I have the ability to ensure frequent restroom breaks throughout the day, 1-2 walks (next to a park for short walks for senior dogs) and willing to do at least one brisk neighborhood walk during the day. We have lots of size-appropriate dog toys (minus rawhide and bones) and always enjoy spending quality time that matches the pup’s energy and interaction level. Nighttime routine starts between 8-9 pm and doggies have a sleeping area outside my bedroom. I have crates and different sizes beds, blankets and other creature comforts to help settle in. I also wash dog beds in between visitors. I currently offer West Seattle dog walks and overnight boarding. (periodic drop-in care too) Typically, I like to meet dog parents in advance of an overnight stay to ensure it’s a good fit for both of us. Overnight dog visitors are provided gradual introductions, fed separately and I check both gates to ensure they are secured before letting dogs out in the yard. If you prefer private/solo boarding and request exclusive care with no other boarders, please let me know. Arrangements can be discussed, and any fee adjustments could apply. Dog Walking Option (30 minutes) - Dog walks take place in your neighborhood and packed with lots of positive reinforcement and a few photo ops. I do my best to have your dog really enjoy this time, ensure that your pup is safe with no dog interactions and we stay at a walking pace. I provide frequent communication, including when I arrive, use the "Rover card" to capture our activities and close out with communication when the dog is back at home, your house is secured and I have concluded the walk. Your pup will also be dried off if there is wet weather conditions and offered water if it's warm outside.
