About: What sets me apart is that I focus on helping pets feel safe, comfortable, and part of the household while their owners are away. I have experience caring for both younger and older dogs, including pets that need a calmer environment, extra patience, or more frequent bathroom breaks. I try to keep pets on a consistent routine and pay attention to their behavior, comfort, and energy level so I can adjust care to their needs. I also understand how important communication is for pet parents, so I provide regular updates, photos, and short videos during their stay. Pets in my care are treated with kindness, supervision, and respect. I aim to create a calm environment where they can relax and feel secure rather than stressed or isolated. I structure my schedule to ensure pets are never left alone many hours at a time. I make it a priority to ensure pets are fed, visited regularly, given plenty of attention, and made to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their parents are away I treat pets like part of the family and work to help them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while they are in my care. In my home, pets are welcome in the common living areas so they can feel relaxed and included. I have a large backyard for supervised outdoor time and provide regular walks, playtime, attention, and companionship throughout the day based on each pet’s needs and routine.

“Julissa is a wonderful dog sitter. She thoroughly read Danti’s feeding instructions and play time notes and double-checked with us before leaving him. She ensured we felt comfortable with her home and set up. Her home is wonderfully set up to care for dogs/animals, you can tell this is not her first rodeo. While away, she kept us informed daily of happenings and handled anything that came up with our pup—and our dog is no perfect angel but she handled every curve ball he threw. Julissa was also very flexible with us regarding pick-up times and understanding of our personal situations for which I am grateful. Once we picked up our dog, he seemed happy and energized and I could tell he enjoyed his stay as well. I would definitely recommend Julissa to anyone for future dog sitting. I hope to be able to rebook her myself.”

“I had last minute plans and Andrew emailed me immediately letting me know he would love to have my two pups over for the weekend. He was flexible with setting up the meet and greet the day before my departure and I was able to leave my pups with him for two nights. My biggest concern was with my male pup as he was abused prior to me adopting him. He has trust issue with men and needs to be given space and time and Andrew not only understood this but worked with him throughout his stay. I received several updates and photos throughout the weekend. I could not have asked for a better person to watch my pups. Andrew was heaven sent!”

About: I am a foster for Out of the Woods Animal Rescue. Puppy training, senior care and socializing dogs are my specialties. Small dogs 25 lbs and under. I'm a part-time substitute teacher, so I will have plenty of time for your four legged friend. I can also do in home visits for you Your pet will be treated like part of my two pug grumble. If they stay in my home they will have access to a 6ft high fenced in back yard for play and sleep with me and my furbabies.
