First off you could tell she genuinely liked Lily and told us she would happily take care of her any day. She provided updates throughout the stay which made us feel very comfortable. Lily suffers from Epilepsy and takes medication twice a day and this was no problem for Colleen. Walks were given with no issues -Lily can sometimes be difficult and bark at passing cats/dogs and I was worried she would act up but again no issues. Extremely happy and would highly recommend!
