However, yuzu is super wary of strangers and won’t warm up easily. My pampered pooch was treated like her own and I honestly think she may have came back more spoiled than when I left her and after that much time away it was a wonderful feeling knowing she was cared for so well. “Shannon and Rocky were awesome! Our dog, Peanut, is 14 years old and needs more care than a younger pup. We were also gone for an extended period of time (10 days) which is unusual for us. Shannon and Rocky went above and beyond to make sure Peanut was comfortable, engaged and well cared for. They administered medications, cooked eggs and beef to top the dog food (how we get our dog to eat her food), and walked her at her own pace, which is often slow. Peanut requires a bit more work at her age and Shannon and Rocky were so lovely about it. We received updates and it was reassuring. Peanut seemed happy to be there, and we wouldn't hesitate to leave Peanut with them again.”
