About: I have experience caring for dogs of all sizes, cats, birds, horses, and other farm animals. I am reliable and strive to provide excellent care to your animal and treat them as if they were my own. I have been in the equestrian world for >10 years and am comfortable cleaning stalls, moving horses, and exercising them if needed. I am currently working full-time in an ofice, but I am available in the mornings anytime before 9 AM and evenings anytime after 5 PM for drop-in visits! At this time, I cannot offer overnight stays. At this time, I am not able to care for client's pets as I have cats of my own that do not do well with other animals. In your home, I am happy to care for your animals however you'd like (e.g., out during the day/in at night).

I will be back for winter break on December 15, and I will not have anything to do for that month, so I can shape my schedule around taking care of your animals. About: I’ve been surrounded by and caring for animals my whole life, so being around dogs and cats comes very naturally to me. I’m comfortable with all personalities and am always willing to adapt and learn what works best for your specific pet(s). I grew up with dogs (we had 7 total, with 3 at one time), but about 8 years ago in college, my parents gifted me my first kitten. Since then, I’ve fallen in love with both dogs and cats and truly adore every animal I meet. My husband and I now have 6 cats ranging from 3 to 7.5 years old. I’ve previously pet sat for 6 families with a mix of dogs and cats, but I moved out of state and am excited to build new connections here. I also just resigned from my position as a mail carrier with USPS (which required an extensive background check), and honestly, my favorite part of that job was getting to pet and play with animals on my route! I work 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday, therefore, I am available most weekends, Tues-Fri early in the morning until 7am and anytime at or after 5pm. I have experience administering both pill and injectable medications prescribed by a vet, and I’m happy to brush, walk, and care for your pet(s) however you prefer. I also love taking pictures and videos, so I’m more than happy to send updates while you’re away if requested! At the end of the day, just tell me what you need and expect. I cannot emphasize how grateful I am to Sheron for watching my Lil MC. My kitty cat needs to have 3 different types of medication on a regular basis. Lil MC also needs Miralax in her food daily. It was so reassuring to know that Lil MC's needs would be met. Sheron even brought an electronic toy that she thought would intrigue Lil MC... which it did. Lil MC got to know the joys of fresh catnip which Sheron provided. Sheron clearly went above and beyond what would be considered basic care. What is really nice to know is that I feel as if I could call Sheron at any time to ask her advice or to answer a question about cat care for Lil Mc. I am sure I could do this even though we are back from our trip and Sheron is no longer taking care of Lil MC.
