Like I said, I do this full time now! I started on rover when I was in college and have been on here since 2021. I take last minute bookings from reoccurring clients and new clients. However, if you’re a new client, I do require a meet and greet prior to booking even if it’s last minute.

I have a German shepherd/husky that is leash and crate trained. He gets along well with pretty much any animal or person. If you would like me to bring him with me on a visit, let me know! As of right now, I am only offering dog walking and drop in visits. During walking, I will make sure to treat your furbaby as my own. I will make sure they get plenty of exercise, stay out of nasty things that may be on the ground, and keep them happy. During drop in visits, I will also treat your furbabies as my own; making sure I meet their needs and that they get plenty of lovins while you are gone.

A typical day
I love walking dogs as long as it’s not too hot during the day. I will walk them longer in the mornings and evenings, as long as the weather permits. I probably won’t walk them as much during mid day if there is not enough shade to keep them cool and from burning their paw pads. If you have a hose or sprinkler that they like to chase, I am more than happy to do that during the hotter hours. If you have a membership at the dog park for the SPCA, I love taking dogs there too! I also will bring my own pup if you ask because he is high energy and gets along with anybody.

I’ve taken care of pets since I was 5 and I love every part of it. I get to meet new animals all the time and I love helping people be able to relax at work, on vacation, etc. I’ve cared for dogs from puppies to seniors, kitties from kittens to seniors and other kinds of unique pets such as reptiles. I really don’t mind doing anything a client asks me to do for them. Getting down and dirty is just part of the job, it’s the pet and owner bond that is most important to me. I do pet sitting full time so my availability is mostly open unless I’m booked up or out of town. I always have holidays open and available but I do get booked up fast! I don’t mind doing check ins. It completely depends on client needs and again I don’t mind getting down in dirty whether that be baths all the way to giving medicine. I also will get your mail while your away and if you need me to water plants, I don’t mind doing that as well! Anything else that you may need, just ask!

Kelsey was great with my animals. She did a great job taking care of them while I was away. She was very attentive and sent me lots of pictures and updates. I was able to have peace of mind while being out of town knowing that my animals were in good hands and well taken care of. Highly recommend.
