Experienced, loving pet sitter
With over 40 years of experience taking care of my own and others’ pets, I offer a caring experience for all pets, helping them adjust to your absence. Your pets will be treated like my own. Having dealt with many health and behavioral issues with my own pets and others I’ve cared for, I am experienced in administering medication, including insulin shots, applying topical treatments and getting your pets to swallow their pills. I enjoy walking dogs and am capable of walking several dogs at one time. I currently have two of my own dogs whom I walk daily. I also currently have a cat and have experience in exotic pets as well. I have extensive experience helping pets who suffer from nervousness due to storms, separation anxiety or general anxiety. Should you choose to board with me, your pet will be welcomed into their own home away from home in The Snug - a separate home on our property with luxurious accommodations. I will only board one family’s pets at a time so they can have my full attention. While I do have my own dogs, any pets I board will be kept separate from my dogs. Your pets will receive playtime, walks, cuddles and whatever else they need.

Michele was a great pet sitter for my dog! I asked her to do a simple check-in while I was at work, and she went above and beyond by walking him around the neighborhood and providing detailed updates about each visit. I would highly recommend Michele and will ask her to pet-sit for my dog in the future, should the need arise.

Michele was so great with our senior dog, Storm! Michele took great care of Storm and went out of her way to calm Storm's (and our) anxiety while we were away. I think we found our pet sitter. We will definitely be requesting Michele again in the future!

Schedule
I'm currently employed at a school but have a flexible schedule to care for your pets daily, whether it is exercising them or keeping them company while you are away. My schedule is very flexible in the summer and during holidays.

I will follow your instructions when it comes to the care of your pets. I will ensure that they will not be in any danger when walking or playing in your yard. I will ensure your home is in the same condition it was when you left.

A typical day
From tossing a toy to belly rubs, I’m there for your fur baby. If your pet needs a longer playtime, a walk in the woods can be provided.
