About: I grew up with animals all throughout my life. I’ve had dogs, cats, birds, and help my mom foster for Cocos Heart and other animal rescues. I’ve worked with many different dog breeds through my past job at PetSuites and through pet sitting. BACK FOR THE SUMMER!! I’m currently working part time at two jobs during the week but will be able to make check-ins in between shifts. The weekends I’m available anytime for check-ins or walks! I try to provide more than just the basic needs to my pets and any pet I care for. This includes feeding and medications, walking, playing, and hanging out with the pets to keep them company. I’m relatively active so I can take the pets for longer walks and runs if requested. I always put the pet first and make sure they feel safe and comfortable with my presence.

About: Hi! My name is Shannon, my husband’s name is Dave, and we have an 11-year-old daughter, Harper. We absolutely love and adore animals—especially dogs. 🤍 We recently lost our beloved Morkie, Brooklynn, unexpectedly due to kidney failure in August. She meant the world to us, and we miss her dearly. While we’re not quite ready to welcome another dog of our own just yet, we would love to share our hearts and home by caring for your pet. With 13 years of having had our own Morkie, we care for every dog like our own, offering gentle care, plenty of snuggles and lots of love — so your pup feels safe and happy! We’ve cared for many family and friends’ dogs, treating each one with extra love and attention. We understand pets are family and want you to feel completely at ease. We both work full-time with flexible work-from-home options Monday through Friday if your dog needs daytime companionship. Our evenings are quiet, and we only list availability when we’re fully present—because your dog deserves our full attention. We have a fully fenced yard where your dog can safely roam, play, go to the bathroom and enjoy plenty of fresh air and exercise. We can also bring your dog on walks, if desired.

About: I’ve spent years caring for my own pets, ensuring they’re happy and healthy. I’ve looked after my grandma's cat multiple times and other puppies and kitties for friends. In a client’s home, I follow the pet’s normal schedule for feeding, walks, playtime, and rest so they feel secure in their familiar environment. I pay close attention to their behavior and needs to make sure they are happy, relaxed, and getting the exercise and attention they need. If caring for pets in my home, I provide a calm, clean, and safe environment with plenty of supervision, affection, and activity. About: The two loves of my life were my dog, Abby, and my dog Bronx. Abby was a Siberian husky and Bronx a 15” lemon beagle. Bronx was part of my life for 20 years and just recently passed. I honestly can’t imagine a life without animals in it, and one day I wanna be able to reflect back on my life, knowing that I did as much as I could to help as many animals as possible, which is why becoming a part of ROVER is so appealing. I have an incredibly flexible work schedule that will enable me to schedule my work hours around my hours caring for animals. I truly believe that animals are every bit as important as we are, and I think pet owners will be able to rest easy, leaving their pets in my care, knowing that their health and safety will be of the utmost importance to me! I have a two-story condo that they would be able to spend most of their time in with me. I also have a heated garage that I’ve converted into a safe and comfortable area for animals to play in. In addition to that, I live in Woodbury, literally surrounded by parks, full of walking paths that will be ideal for a dogs exercise. One thing I would like pet owners to know is that I’m not doing this for the money, I’m doing this because I’m newly single and alone and can’t think of anybody better to spend my time with than animals in need. I wouldn’t just be some dog watcher, I would be their friend that plays with them and loves being with them.

About: Between my own family and my wife's, I've had alot of experience with dogs of all shapes and sizes. I've house sat for elderly dogs and raised and trained our own puppy. I've rescued half a dozen lost dogs from our neighborhood. Every dog I meet gets lots of love and yours would be no exception! We already have our miniature poodle pup Winston, so your pup would fit right in with us! I am working from home the vast majority of the time and if I was gone, my wife would be there. As the kid who was always the first to notice when a dog needed to go out and do its business, I'm very attentive to the needs of all dogs. Your pup will be a part of our family during their stay and kept company by my whole family.

I currently work in the service industry, which gives me a fairly flexible schedule. My usual days off are Wednesdays and Thursdays, which allows for extended availability those days. On most other days, I’m available for morning walks and check-ins if you reach out in advance. Since I already have an active routine with my own dog, adding walks and care for your pup fits in perfectly.
