About: I grew up with animals all throughout my life. I’ve had dogs, cats, birds, and help my mom foster for Cocos Heart and other animal rescues. I’ve worked with many different dog breeds through my past job at PetSuites and through pet sitting. BACK FOR THE SUMMER!! I’m currently working part time at two jobs during the week but will be able to make check-ins in between shifts. The weekends I’m available anytime for check-ins or walks! I try to provide more than just the basic needs to my pets and any pet I care for. This includes feeding and medications, walking, playing, and hanging out with the pets to keep them company. I’m relatively active so I can take the pets for longer walks and runs if requested. I always put the pet first and make sure they feel safe and comfortable with my presence.

About: The two loves of my life were my dog, Abby, and my dog Bronx. Abby was a Siberian husky and Bronx a 15” lemon beagle. Bronx was part of my life for 20 years and just recently passed. I honestly can’t imagine a life without animals in it, and one day I wanna be able to reflect back on my life, knowing that I did as much as I could to help as many animals as possible, which is why becoming a part of ROVER is so appealing. I have an incredibly flexible work schedule that will enable me to schedule my work hours around my hours caring for animals. I truly believe that animals are every bit as important as we are, and I think pet owners will be able to rest easy, leaving their pets in my care, knowing that their health and safety will be of the utmost importance to me! I have a two-story condo that they would be able to spend most of their time in with me. I also have a heated garage that I’ve converted into a safe and comfortable area for animals to play in. In addition to that, I live in Woodbury, literally surrounded by parks, full of walking paths that will be ideal for a dogs exercise. One thing I would like pet owners to know is that I’m not doing this for the money, I’m doing this because I’m newly single and alone and can’t think of anybody better to spend my time with than animals in need. I wouldn’t just be some dog watcher, I would be their friend that plays with them and loves being with them.
About: Between my own family and my wife's, I've had alot of experience with dogs of all shapes and sizes. I've house sat for elderly dogs and raised and trained our own puppy. I've rescued half a dozen lost dogs from our neighborhood. Every dog I meet gets lots of love and yours would be no exception! We already have our miniature poodle pup Winston, so your pup would fit right in with us! I am working from home the vast majority of the time and if I was gone, my wife would be there. As the kid who was always the first to notice when a dog needed to go out and do its business, I'm very attentive to the needs of all dogs. We have experience with elderly dog care (doggy diapers and being consistent with and administering medication) and we are used to the puppy stages. We do have a grassy area across from our driveway that I love to throw his ball for him at so if your dog is good off leash there are ways to get exercise around.
