Hannah was great! She came out to meet our cat (and us) and get the run-down. Monkey seemed to like Hannah right away, which is weird for Monkey. Hannah was responsive throughout our trip and left the place spotless. I'll be happy to have Hannah cat-sit the next time our usual friend is unavailable - we are grateful she got us out of a tight spot this time!

Great experience! Heaven is very kind, communicative, and very thorough. From start to finish, I felt that she really wanted to make sure both me and my dog felt comfortable. Especially since this was my first time leaving my dog with someone other than family. I highly recommend and plan on rebooking with her in the future. :)

Juan was great! He was great to Otto and our house was spotless. Could not have asked for better - first time trying Rover too. Very impressed.

Cannot recommend Lily highly enough! Communicative and went out of her way to make sure she had everything she needed before house/pet sitting. She made my travels so much easier knowing everyone was well cared for. Came home to happy pets and a well cared for space. Thank you thank you!!

We had a very positive experience overall and would absolutely hire Ava again. Once the pet-sitting began, she was dependable and consistent, took initiative without needing much hand-holding, and kept us updated throughout. We especially appreciated that she let us know when supplies were running low and that she cleaned up after herself - those thoughtful details made a big difference and gave us peace of mind. She clearly cared for our pets and our home, and we felt they were in good hands. The one piece of constructive feedback would be around communication before the job started. We had some difficulty reaching her in the days leading up to the visit and again the morning of, which created a little stress on our end. That said, once everything was underway, communication improved significantly, and Ava was reliable and proactive throughout. Overall, she did a very good job, and we’d feel comfortable recommending her to others looking for a caring and capable pet sitter.

Luca took care of our dogs and house for a full week, and we could not have asked for a better first experience with an in-home pet sitter. We were especially nervous because our newer dog is extremely timid around new people, but Luca was incredibly patient and took the time to build trust with her before we left. That effort made us feel so much more comfortable going into the trip. Right before we left, our older dog also started having stomach issues and needed a specialized multi-step diet. Luca followed all of the instructions carefully, kept us updated every day on how she was doing (including stool updates), and handled both outdoor cleanup and a few indoor accidents without complaint. We came home to two happy, well cared for dogs. It was obvious our pets were comfortable and loved while we were away. We would absolutely book with Luca again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, compassionate sitter.

Excellent and prompt communication, appropriately cautious when meeting a new dog, did everything I requested including watering plants and refilling bird feeders. Stayed with my dog all day on the one of the two days I was gone that she wasn’t working. Everything was clean and tidy and as I left it. I appreciate everything and will definitely hire her again if she isn’t already booked!

Cerah did a great job watching are shitzu. She was very loving and sent us lots of photos. She was on time and very communicative throughout.

Danny truly loves animals and is committed to providing the best possible care to insure our fur babies are well cared for, safe, and loved. We appreciate him and the care he provides.

Jennifer did a great job caring for our pups while we were away. She sent pics and was quick to respond to us. Our dogs were very happy to stay in their own home. We are so happy to have found her!

Emma was a phenomenal house-sitter for our busy home of two cats and a high energy 7-month old puppy. She was a lifesaver accepting our week-long sitting request with just a week of notice. She took great photos of all three animals and gave us detailed updates of daily activities. Emma followed all requests with ease and even changed up her work schedule to accommodate our puppy’s needs. We would happily book her services again. Thank you Emma!!

Dayl and Rand were absolutely wonderful! Sent me pictures and videos of my Kitty each day and i felt completely confident that my fur baby was in the best of hands!

Zoe was great with our dog. We just had her house sit for one night, but she made an effort to make Boomer comfortable and at ease. It definitely reassured me for the next time we use her (which we will).

We hired Keri to pet/house sit for us while we were away over a 2 week period. I could not be more thrilled with her work! All 4 of my pets adored her. Keri sent so many pictures and videos. I never had to worry about how they were doing. I loved seeing all the fun they were having, especially the wonderful walks my dog got to go on. Keri left our house in amazing condition. Everything was clean including fresh bed linens on the bed she used. She even left a note detailing what pet supplies we needed to replenish soon. It made coming home so easy. The pets were excited to see us, but didn't freak out and get overwhelmed when we walked through the door. That was a sign to me that they had been thoroughly taken care of and loved while we were gone.

Vy did an amazing job looking after our Cosmo! she abide by all of our requests, and was able to fit in in such short notice! Cosmo was super happy that somebody stayed with him, it was his first day alone without either of us, so being able to find a sitter to watch him when he’s just a puppy was amazing! I will definitely book with Vy again in the future!

As always, Christina did a great job. She was able to monitor my cat's healing wound and administer medication to my elderly Doberman. She took care of the house and even kept the birdbaths full. We were very pleased.

Kristen is fantastic! She has done drop ins for me several times before and is great with Betty, prompt and very communicative . This was my and Betty’s first time having someone stay overnight with her. Kristen was very patient with Betty who was nervous and shy suddenly about me not being home at all. I highly recommend her and plan on using her services again in the future!

Patricia did a great job at taking care of our dogs during our trip. She made sure they were comfortable and well loved. We're very glad

It was so nice having a responsible sitter for our two big dogs. Charles kept us updated so we knew they (and the plants and turtles etc) were being well taken care of; it makes such a difference when we don’t have to worry about our boys when we’re away!

Rita was amazing for the two weekends in a row to watch our two dogs. She sent multiple updates each day and had quick responses. She’s very friendly and left our house very clean each time. We will definitely use her services again!
