About: Animals have been my life since before I could walk! I've cared for all sorts of animals in all life stages, and I've worked in pet retail, pet care, and more recently in beginner vet care! I do best with older dogs but I can handle puppies and seniors, and I can administer medications from pills to insulin injections! I have my own pets, so what's the harm in caring for a few more? Given proper advance notice, I will fit your furry friends into my schedule and make sure they get the best care possible! Going away and leaving your best friends behind can be scary and nerve-wracking! I prefer visiting your home when caring for your pets, as it's an environment your animal has already established as a safe place! As a fellow pet parent, I'm happy to say that I'm very much a helicopter pet-sitter. If I notice anything slightly off I will never hesitate to let you know! It's always better to be safe than sorry. I will use my experience in the pet care and vet field to make sure your loved one is safe and happy while you're away!

In a client’s home, I follow all instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, walks, litter box care, medications or special needs, favorite toys, and any house rules. I know pets feel safest when things stay familiar, so I do my best to keep their routine calm and consistent while their family is away. I also treat every home with care and respect. I make sure doors are locked, food and water are refreshed, litter boxes or pet areas are kept clean, and pets are safe before I leave. I pay close attention to each pet’s behavior, comfort level, and personality, whether they are playful, shy, energetic, independent, or need a little extra reassurance. My goal is for pets to feel safe, loved, and comfortable, and for owners to feel confident knowing their pets and home are in trustworthy hands.

She is always on time, comes prepared (brought a towel when it was a bit wet out to be able to dry them off after their walk), sends cute pic updates of the pups after a walk, refills their water bowls before leaving if needed, checks in on bad weather (extra cold/snowing) days to see if I want to make any adjustments to their walk schedule and even gives them a little extra love and attention before their visit is over! We really appreciate her & her excellent care of our pups!”

About: I have watched over many of my friends and families pets. The dogs I have watched in the past have been moderately large, and could be a bit wild at times but I was able to keep hold of the situation. I have also accompanied my family and friends when they had taken care of pets for other families. I had helped train a very wild pup for a friend, as well as a basic command which was sit. I absolutely love animals and even went to a program in high school for them. I am currently free during most times of the week. I am currently attending HCC, my classes being on Monday and Wednesday and do not stretch late into the day. I am very available to watch your pups or kitties! I can come during the mornings or evenings during the week depending on the day. I am also available to house sit. I care for them by learning their needs and wants first in their home. I understand every animal is unique and needs to be cared for in a way that works for them. I listen to the owner to ensure that everything will be safe and cared for in their absence.

About: I have owned many dogs since I was little. I have always been responsible with their health and making sure they are taken care of on the daily. My furry loved one will always go on adventures with me to include hiking, camping, backpacking, swimming so they are never left alone. I have completed dog training through sit- means- sit to help my current rescue Maxx with his separation anxiety and for me to become a better dog. owner I work full time from 7am to 3 pm Monday- Friday. I work 5 minutes from my home and on occasion can swing by to check on a furry friend if needed. I have a decent sized secured fenced in yard for your fur pup to run around in. While they are inside I have 3 levels with plenty of space for them the lounge about. Also room to put a crate if needed.

About: Growing up I was always involved with the care and grooming of my mother's AKC American Cocker spaniel kennel and quickly fell in love with dogs. I've helped deliver 3 liters of puppies ensuring every fine detail of the process was done properly. I've assisted and led many rescue missions for strays and wildlife. I currently care for three rescue rabbits Layla, Monty, Zuko and one beagle/JackRussell mix, Copper. I'm lucky to have all my pets in my life and they truly enrich our lives for the better. My name is MaKenzi and I have had pets as long as I can remember, I grew up with two pitbulls rescues, two smaller dogs, and an older cat that I assumed most of the care for as both parents worked full time jobs. Taking care of multiple animals at one time requires a lot of energy and the ability to organize the things they need well but I learned very quickly! Since I have lived on my own I have helped friends and coworkers with taking care of their beloved fur babies while they’re on vacation or just need an extra hand with their pets. In the last year I have rescued my own kitten and I have absolutely spoiled her with all of the patience, love, affection, and extra care that her heart could desire.
