We currently live in a cozy, pet-friendly home with a fenced yard, and we provide services 7 days a week and are home . We work full-time through Rover, which gives us the flexibility to give each pet the time and attention they deserve. I plan my day based on walks, drop-in visits, feedings, and quality time with each pet in my care. Because I work from home and have a flexible schedule, I’m able to give each animal consistent attention, whether it’s a long walk, a play session, or a quiet cuddle. I treat every pet like part of the family, whether they’re staying in my home or I’m visiting theirs. In my home, pets enjoy a calm, clean, and safe environment with plenty of love, attention, and play. I have a fenced yard for supervised outdoor time, and I follow each pet’s feeding, potty, and sleep routines to keep things familiar and stress-free. I limit the number of pets I take at once to ensure personalized care and comfort. In clients’ homes, I respect your space and care for your pet according to your exact instructions — feeding schedules, medication, crate routines, walks, and more. I take time to build trust with your pet and always provide updates and photos so you know how they’re doing. Policies Aggressive Behavior & Owner Responsibility Policy At Pawppy Place, the safety and well-being of all pets, staff, and property is our highest priority. In order to provide a safe environment, all pet owners must be transparent and fully honest about their pet’s behavior history, including any known aggression toward people, other animals, or property. 1. Behavior Disclosure • During the screening and intake process, you are required to disclose any history of biting, snapping, lunging, or other aggressive behavior, whether toward humans or other animals. • Failure to disclose known aggressive tendencies will be considered a breach of this agreement and may result in immediate termination of services without refund. 2. Aggression During Boarding • If a pet exhibits aggressive behavior while in our care, we will take immediate steps to ensure safety, which may include separation, the use of safety equipment, or early termination of the stay. • Aggressive behavior includes, but is not limited to, biting, attacking, excessive dominance, or property destruction. 3. Owner Financial Responsibility • The owner is fully responsible for any and all costs resulting from their pet’s aggressive actions, including: • Veterinary bills for injuries to other animals or staff • Medical expenses for humans injured • Repair or replacement costs for damaged property • All related invoices, photographs, and documentation will be provided, and payment is due within 5 business days of receipt. • If the incident involves another pet, the owner of the aggressive pet will be expected to cover the full cost of the veterinary care required for the injured pet. 4. Safety & Right to Refuse Service • Pawppy Place reserves the right to refuse service to any pet that displays aggressive behavior or presents a safety risk. • Pets with a known history of aggression toward people or other animals will not be accepted for boarding Late Pickup & Drop-off Policy 🐾 I kindly ask all clients to honor their scheduled pick-up and drop-off times. If you anticipate being late for ANY reason, please communicate with me. I do my best to be flexible, but I also manage multiple clients, personal commitments, and appointments, so respecting time helps everything run smoothly • Pick-up and drop-off times must be confirmed at booking. • If you need to adjust your times, please notify me by the day before your scheduled service — same-day changes cannot be guaranteed. • Late arrivals / pick - up’s affect my schedule and other clients. A $1 per minute late fee will be added for late pick-ups or drop-offs. • Please communicate immediately if you anticipate being late so arrangements can be made. About: Been house sitting dogs for 10 years Comfortable with feeding schedules, crate routines, and have experience giving oral and injected medication. Will send pictures and updates of your pet and how they’re doing during my visit. I'm available during the week for a quick drop in to check on your fur baby and spend some time with them. I can also do walks if your dog needs a bit of exercise with a trip around the neighborhood I follow the clients pets schedule. They need to be feed at certain times or let out so many times throughout the day or need a little playtime. I’m there for your pets well being

About: I’ve always loved caring for animals and have experience with a variety of pets! I regularly dog sit and provide dog walks, and I also have experience horse sitting. I’ve cared for smaller animals as well, including having a pet hedgehog of my own. I’m comfortable following specific routines, giving pets plenty of attention, and making sure they feel safe, happy, and cared for while you’re away! I’m currently a full-time college student, so my schedule varies by day. On school days, I’ll typically be away from home for about 6–8 hours at a time. I’m available around my class schedule for walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting, and I have more flexibility on days when I don’t have classes. I’m happy to work with your pet’s routine and find a schedule that works best for both of us! I care for every pet as if they were my own! I make sure they have fresh food and water, plenty of exercise and playtime, and lots of attention and affection. I’m happy to follow your pet’s normal routine, including walks, feeding schedules, medication if needed, and any special instructions. About: I've owned animals my entire life, every size and age of dogs, cats, and exotics. I currently live with my mini husky Luci, and my three guinea pigs Skye, Raze, and Sage. I am currently a free-lance caretaker for both children and animals, meaning my schedule is completely flexible and will be predictable enough to quickly schedule tasks. My time will be dedicated to the tasks of the day or week completely. I cannot board due to the fragile bond between my mini husky and my guinea pigs living together, unfortunately other animals of either kind may be a danger to this dynamic. I have my own transportation to drop in anywhere, however.

About: I have dog sat for the past ten years. During that time I have bottle fed puppies, administered medications and cared for a senior dog who had ALS. I currently work freelance remotely so I am available anytime during the week to look after your fur babies and I love to go on long walks so they will get plenty of exercise. About: There is not a time in my life that I do not remember having an animal in my life. I believe pets are family members and should be treated with love and kindness. I have over 5 years of experience as a veterinary technician and have worked with dogs and cats of every age and temperament. I am currently a stay at home mom of one human baby and 4 fur babies, so my schedule is relatively open! I am currently a stay at home mother of one. I available to walk or check in any time during the day every day of the week for any baby friendly pets or any evening after 4pm for any pets who are not baby friendly. On walks or check ins, my baby will be in a contained chest carrier and unable to interact with pets. I have worked in the veterinary feild for over 5 years and have always treated every pet like my own. I give lots of love and make sure all of their needs are met, while respecting any signs of fear or discomfort the animal may show.
