“Sianna has been a great help with buddy! He’s a nervous guy and she was kind enough to work with us before moving forward so he had a smooth transition and he got used to her very quickly! She’s well versed in animal behavior and very professional. I’m so glad we found her.”

About: 💸 New Rover clients: $20 off with code ELENAC26419 My goal is to treat every dog like they’re my own—keeping them happy, safe, and relaxed while giving owners peace of mind. I focus on providing calm, reliable, and attentive care tailored to each dog’s personality and needs. I prioritize safety, consistency, and positive interactions during every walk or visit so pets feel comfortable and secure.😊 I’m currently working part-time as a registered nurse. I have plenty of time and energy to spend with your pets! I offer a flexible and reliable walking schedule to fit your dog’s needs and routine. I’m available for morning, midday, and evening walks, including recurring daily or weekly visits. I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, potty breaks, exercise, and any special instructions from the owner. I also give plenty of attention, affection, and mental stimulation through play and interaction, while respecting each pet’s personality and boundaries.
“Elizabeth helped us out when we really needed someone to check on our puppy twice each day! She offered to come by to meet Oakley before her first visit, which I thought was great. We will definitely be booking her in the future! :)”

“Wonderful! They had to come back early because of a potential loose dog. But we were very impressed and happy Kyle put our dog first with his safety since he is dog reactive.”

“Cassie took wonderful care of Bodhi for the week! She was communicative, attentive, knowledgeable on dog behavior (especially how to handle a loose dog approaching them and an encounter with a goat). She took the time to meet with me before I left to ensure her and Bodhi felt comfortable with each other and she knew the routine. She was adaptable to an emergency change and handled it all in stride. I would most certainly recommend Cassie to anyone needing care for their pet.”

“Brodi was awesome. Normally my dogs take a little bit to warm up to someone but they instantly loved her. She was punctual and the dogs loved going out with her.”

“Mariah has walked my puppy 5 times and is terrific with her. She spends extra time making sure she gets a lot of exercise, and sends pictures each time. I will continue to use her and recommend her highly!”

“Hey Rover, do not put a cap on our tips! It's MY money and if I want to Tip Maria $10 I should be able to...NO MATTER WHAT! I'll leave you cash next time Maria, your fantastic”

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
