A pipe froze and burst while I was out of town and she took immediate action when she discovered the flooding in my home. She called the county water authority to have them assess the issue, ensured the main was turned off, and even brought water from her own home for my cats since there was no longer running water at my house. About: I’ve been taking care of pets since I was 8. I’ve had guinea pigs, dogs, and a rabbit. My family currently has one rabbit, Thumper. He is the best! We also have three wonderful dogs…two English cream golden retrievers, Remi and Raven, and a spunky beagle named Snoopy! I was a teacher for 24 years and now I worked in a school library for the past 4 years. I’m trying to make some extra money on the side. I started doing some dog walking/sitting during the summer of ‘25 and have truly enjoyed it! I love being outside and taking walks with the pups or just playing with them inside! I’ve also taken care of cats too. I love spending time with animals! I’m available after 4 p.m. and at night too, during the school year. On the weekends, my schedule is very flexible. I work from home and care for my grandmother so I will home with them at all times. I can administrate pills/medicine if needed. I am able to take the dogs out whenever it is needed. My babies are always by my side like shadows. I have a fenced in yard.My dogs love to play with friends dogs. The more the merrier!

About: Aside from taking care of my own pets as a child I worked in the veterinary field for roughly 8 years. Animals have always been my passion but the veterinary field was not right for me. I have a dog (foxhound-he's super friendly!) 2 cats, a bearded dragon and a snake. I work at Home Depot now and some days can get hectic so looking to do something that I enjoy greatly while making some extra money seems like a great idea to me! I have plenty of experience dealing with dogs, cats, and all small animals including guinea pigs, rabbits and reptiles. My name is MaKenzi and I have had pets as long as I can remember, I grew up with two pitbulls rescues, two smaller dogs, and an older cat that I assumed most of the care for as both parents worked full time jobs. She graciously arranged for a meet-and-greet before our first booking to confirm that things would work out well, which they did.
