He spent a lot of time with Bixby, even taking him to his home to play in his fenced-in backyard, as well as the dog park. Bruce sent us plenty of text updates, with photos. Bruce and Bixby both liked each other, and that made all the difference. Although we were nervous leaving our boy, we saw how happy and well cared for our boy was with Bruce. We definitely had peace of mind knowing he was with Bruce. He will be the first person we call for future stays. Thanks for everything Bruce!”

About: I love dogs. Although I do not currently have any dogs of my own(cat mom of 2), I have been caring for dogs over 12 years. I have worked in animal shelters, veterinary hospitals, and now I work currently for Myself as a dog groomer. I enjoy meeting new pets and making their lives more enjoyable. I am currently leaving my full time job of 10 years. Although I truly do love my job and what I do I want something different. I will have a lot of free time to take dogs on walks or drop in for a play session a few days a week. I am open to request from the owners with how they choose to care for their pets when in the care of a sitter/walker. J

He sent great photos to keep us updated and reached out with questions and clarifications about food and meds. He even had to deal with a broken heater but was totally adaptable and responsible. “Amanda is the very best and you can trust her to the fullest that she will keep your animal safe and loved. Amanda was recommended to me by a friend and it is safe to say that in all my experience with various dog walkers on various platforms, she is the very best. I never have to worry about my dog when she is in her care. Ellie is a rambunctious yellow lab preteen and can be quite a handful. Amanda has worked with her on jumping, leash training, and commands. In all honesty, she has had more success with my dog’s training than I have in the last 10 months I’ve been a dog owner. I am beyond grateful for Amanda’s TLC and patience with my pup. Ellie is always getting in good exercise with Amanda and I come home to a happy pup. I highly recommend Amanda to watch your animals. She checked in constantly and send pictures of Nala throughout the days. When I had a flight delay she was even able to do an extra check-in which I was so grateful for. About: I have dog sat for multiple animals. I’ve had experience with applying medicine, taking them on walks, and bathing them. Volunteered at animal shelters many times. I’m currently a full time student, however I do not have classes on Friday and free most afternoons. I plan accordingly and take pride in that!
