She was so sweet with him and went above and beyond to come by before we left to learn our routine, as well as did an extra unplanned evening visit while we were away to give Charlie his nighttime meds, dinner, and cuddles when my mom (who was house / cat sitting) fell and broke her wrist on a walk and had to go to the ER. We were worried about how things would go with them home alone, as this was our first time leaving them alone (usually our dog is with them, and we are never gone longer than a handful of hours). Shannon communicated frequently with us and updated us about both the kitties and our home while we were away. She gave the kitties lots of attention, and made sure they never ran out of food, water, and litter. We felt so lucky to have someone as wonderful as Shannon taking care of our little babies. She also left us some extra treats for them when we got home, easing the transition back for the kitties. Highly recommend Shannon to take care of your pets ♥️”
