She has been very accommodating and communicative and very conscientious. She took it in stride when we added a new puppy to the mix and again when our dog was having tummy issues, providing regular updates and even took a trip to the vet to make sure all was well. It turns out our dog recognizes her car driving down the street and gets so excited to see his friend!! Thank you Natalee!”
