“Amanda is awesome with our dog Leyla! This was our first time using Rover and it could not have been a better match. She is nearby, flexible and takes the extra time and effort to ensure our puppy gets in some good, quality, fun exorcise for the day. She is very experienced with animals of all kinds and makes me feel confident that my pup is in good hands. Highly recommended!”

6. Kathy B.
“Kathy has watched my dogs on several occasions. She is a sweet, loving person who has your dog's welfare in mind. She always took my greyhound for long walks which Carey the dog loved and sent us pictures of their daily activities. She asked questions about their daily needs, habits and things my dog loved. I would highly recommend her to take care of any pet.”
7. Jessica B.
About: I’ve had and taken care of cats ever since I was 2 years old. My first job was in 6th grade - dog walking for the neighbor. I’ve been around dogs and cats together. My parents relied on me to walk, feed, bathe, and train the first dog of my own when I was in 7th grade! My roommates have all had animals that I’ve lived with and I even trained two baby kittens to walk on a leash for a short time! I give my animals frequent breaks, and use positive reinforcement to encourage good behaviors. I'm in school full-time, so I’ll have plenty of time to pet sit, walk, play and take care of animals, based on your request and accommodation needs. The most ideal stress-free environment for your pet while you are away is a familiar place. I meet with you prior to your away-time, meet your pet to ensure we are a good fit, and I ask questions based on the care I'd be providing them. If you have a new puppy or kitten, I will be following their training needs based on your preferences. If you have dogs or cats with medicinal needs, I will ensure they are met with those needs. On a day at your home, we will play with toys, walk regularly, and do pretty much anything to reduce them missing you while you are away.

10. Ann R.
“If you leave your dog in Ann’s care, you can rest assured knowing that Ann will care for and love your dog like it was her own “baby”! She has had dogs, loved dogs and rescued dogs her whole life. Any dog blessed to have Ann in their life has won the “human”lottery! So spoil your dogs and hire Ann!!”
11. Peyton A.
“Peyton is great with my dog Louie ! Whenever she is here he will run right to her and either sit nicely or ask to play. She will do it all. Would 100% trust her to take care of him.”
12. Stephanie G.
“Stephanie has always done a great job watching our pets. We've always been a multi-pet household (several cats and several dogs), and Stephanie has always been great with handling them all. All of our animals have always loved her, and she's always shown them nothing but love and affection. She has always gone above and beyond to make sure every animal is taken care of. I would never hesitate to recommend Stephanie to pet-sit.”
13. Kayla H.
“Kayla is wonderful, as always. Tater looks forward to her visits.”
14. Emily M.
“Finally a perfect fit! When I first met Emily I knew she was the right fit for my 2yr. The two bond at first sight. Emily is patient and understands rescue dogs. My girl has anxiety, stubborn, and barks at everything and everyone. Plus, it takes her awhile to trust a new person. I’m very pleased with Emily. She keeps me posted, sends adorable pictures and always going above and beyond.”
15. Erin H.
“Erin has helped raise and train our 2 dogs. She has been very good with how she handles the dogs and how they respect her.”
16. Jennifer B.
“Jennifer was a lifesaver for us in walking our pup while we were out of town. She was very flexible and accommodating and did a great job communicating updates throughout walks. Definitely recommend and will book again!”
17. Taylor M.
“Taylor was perfect for our young pup when we needed help getting him outside during the work day. She was very prompt with communication and sent us photos while we were away of our happy boy. Taylor will go the extra mile for pup and we were so happy with her services. Thanks Taylor!”
18. Amy B.
“Amy took care of my dog for 3 weeks when I was out of the country. Amy was always on time, sent me messages with dog's pictures, updates, responded to my messages instantly. Amy made me feel at ease and my dog was happy every day to see her. I would recommend Amy to my friends and everyone else, too. Thank you Amy for all your help!”

About: Thinks for thanking of me! 👋 My name is Chris - I'm a lifelong tech industry worker that's currently learning to become a software engineer. Thankfully while I learn to code and work on projects, my schedule is pretty flexible which means I can care for your pet in whichever way is needed. I've been a pet owner since I was a kid, but most recently owning a large Dog™ brand dog (aka she's a mix of who knows what) for the past few years. I do project-based work, so my hours are my own. Because of this I've got plenty of time to focus on your pet. My schedule will always be up to date if there are any conflicts, but generally I can work around your schedule. In all cases, instructions are key - as someone who has cared for other pets and has asked people to sit for Ellie, I know this is THE MOST IMPORTANT PART. If you do not give me thorough instructions, please do not be offended if I pepper you with a barrage of follow ups: I want to make sure all the bases are covered and I can recreate your pets routine as closely as possible! With me, the name of the game is consistency for your pet - they should feel no difference between when you're at home vs. when they are with me.
