She was so patient with him and went above and beyond to spend extra time with him before I left to make him feel comfortable with her. I was worried that he was not going to warm up but when I was away Arlayna kept me updated and let me know that things were getting better each day. She sent me many pictures throughout her stay and also brought him treats. I am beyond grateful for her kindness and willingness to watch Lorenzo even though he was tough to crack. She was very reliable, went above and beyond with everythng from pictures, to spending time loving on them (& letting my shy kitty warm up to her naturally) to cleaning up after them etc. I came home to a happy & healthy bunch of furbabies & I am so grateful to have found her!
