He made friends with our dog immediately and was comfortable with everything we needed done. We connected almost daily whilst we were on a rather lengthy trip, and Jay sent updates and pics to keep us informed (but was also aware of trying not to overdo it during out travels). Hannah was also a fabulous house guest- leaving everything just as she found it and even starting the laundry before we returned!- and we would love to have her back anytime. It was a relief knowing she was taking great care of Sofie while we were away, and we loved receiving the photos she took of Sof as well. We will absolutely book with Hannah again!”
