“Olivia was wonderful with our dog Bran and our three cats. When she came for the meet and greet Bran melted at her touch…it was so cute! Bran is a powerful 2 year old so not everyone is up to the task to manage him. Olivia sent pictures and updates every day which put my mind at ease. She has a very calming, reassuring presence. Our house was clean when we got home (which was a relief after an 11.5 hour flight and a delay at immigration). She even washed the sheets and towels. We will definitely be requesting her again :-)”
