“Wendi was the best. She walked our dog for two weeks twice a day for 30 minutes each time. Our dog grew to love her. He would sit and wait at the door for her to come. This made us so relaxed while recovering from surgery. And we booked her again for three additional days.”
2. Joshua D.
“Josh has been amazing with Lucy! She comes back happy and tired after their afternoon walks, and it’s clear he treats her like his own when they are together - couldn’t ask for more!”
3. Rose B.
“Rose is fantastic with our dog. Kind, prompt, and compassionate. He’s not the most active guy and can be stubborn and Rose has embraced it all. We are so lucky to have found her.”

About: I've lived with animals my whole life. Growing up, I lived with many cats, dogs, rabbits, and two amazon parrots. I have volunteered at shelters and worked at a pet grooming service in my teens. Currently, I live with four cats, one gecko, and many different pet insects and arachnids. At the moment, I'm sitting a dog and a four year old child for a neighbor every Monday, as well as semi-regularly watching a pair of senior dogs and four adult cats for a different couple. I would love an opportunity to care for peoples exotic pets because as someone with exotic pets of my own, I know it can be very difficult to find knowledgeable and trustworthy sitters to care for them if I'm gone. Of course, I'm also happy to meet and care for fuzzy friends too! If you have any questions, please just shoot me a message. When I'm not sitting I make my own hours for work, so my schedule is very flexible. This excludes Mondays when I sit for my neighbor. Because I already live with several pets, I usually care for pets in their owners' homes, but I do make exceptions for well-behaved pets that get along with cats. I have a large (unfenced) yard and a car fit for multiple dogs to get them there or to any destination if the situation calls for it. As a precaution, I will always require that the owner be present with me for the introduction, and I would ask that they allow me to accompany them on a short walk or be present during a feeding so that we can build trust before the owner leaves. Every pet has a different personality and set of needs and I pride myself on my ability to understand animal body language well enough to know what they need and want. Care and interaction vary case by case, but my main goal is to keep all the animals in my care safe and happy.
10. Even M.
“Even is an extremely kind and loving pet owner. He is very intuitive when it comes to pet body language and needs. Any time we have done petsitting together he has always been able to make the pets feel comfortable and cared for very quickly. He loves cats the most, but all pets are enjoyable to him.”

About: I have had a small farm for about 5 years with chickens and ducks. I also have 3 dogs and 3 cats. I consider myself to be a good steward to all of my animals and their health and well- being is very important to me. I enjoy taking my dogs out on daily walks and lots of runs in our field. Your furry friends are always in good hands while I am visiting. I work part-time in the mornings, but I have plenty of time to visit and care for your pets! I am also available on weekends. I am conscientious in my clients houses. I follow all instructions, for food and meds, and can absolutely be trusted to take care of your pets while you’re away. I also send photos of the pets and give a run down of my visit if needed.

About: I have grown up with dogs my whole life and love to be around them. I have a good understanding of dog’s body language and cues and want both your pet and myself to have the best experience we can. I work full time and my schedule varies week to week. I am open to last minute jobs and will be as flexible as I can. I have 2 pets of my own currently, and African Grey parrot and Ferret. Both guys enjoy time outside of their cages and are happy little dudes.

About: I have grown up with multiple dogs and helped with their care. I primarily have experience with larger breeds (American Bulldogs, Labs, Mixes). I have pet/house sat before for two dogs and chickens. I am a quick learner and will able to accommodate special care instructions. And I love a good walk! I am currently a student at the University of New England. Being a student I have a variable schedule during the day, with time between classes. This summer I will participating in academic research, so I will be available for the pet in the early morning, late afternoon and night. I will not be able to accommodate pets in my home, as I will be living in a dorm. I plan to follow specific guidelines from the pet parents that pertain to pet safety in their own home.

About: Every dog has their own unique personality. I take great joy in getting to know every dog I meet and spend time with. They are not just pets they are our companions our best friends, our family. I have two dogs of my own so I understand how hard it can be to leave them and know that they will be well cared for. I look forward to helping to ease some of the stress involved with that. I have many years experience with special needs dogs, cats and horses. I would love to care for your pet in anyway I can. I have a pretty flexible schedule so reach out and find out if I am available, I will do the best I can to accommodate. I am very professional and would treat your home and pet with the best care. I would leave everything the way it was found and leave your pet happy and healthy.

About: I have a human-reactive 3 year old dog so I am very aware of anxious/reactive behaviors. I have lived with at least dog one for the last 6 years so taking care of dogs (mine or someone else’s) is something I’m very comfortable doing and I enjoy it! If it's nice outside, I love taking them outside to play fetch or even just lay around in the grass. My goal is for your dog to be entertained while you're gone so they'll be happy, tired, and excited to see you when you get home. If you'd like anything specific done, I’m happy to make sure any requests are accommodated. I am fully vaccinated. I’m able to work from anywhere during the week so I can drop in during the day if your pet is needing some mid day exercise or just a potty break. I have experience with raising my own puppy so I have no problem keeping both eyes on them 100% of the time. If they like their space, I’m happy to give them that as well. I’ll make sure to keep them on the same routine they’re used to and follow any specific instructions you provide.
17. Kristen H.
“Kristen is an amazing dog walker! She went above and beyond to make sure our dog was taken care of while on our week long honeymoon. She walked him, played with him, made sure he had food and water after the walk and when he had an accident, she was so kind to clean it. We can not recommend her enough.”
18. Jenna M.
“Jenna is awesome with animals, and she especially loves dogs. She's watched my dogs many times over the past years and they've always had a great time with her. Jenna is also good at working with dogs on behavior, house training and new commands. She taught my girl, Abby, to sit, lay down, bow, shake, sit pretty and twirl. And she's currently working on the same thing with my other 2 dogs. I highly recommend Jenna to anyone needing a trustworthy and loving caregiver for their animals.”
19. Madisyn W.
“Madisyn doesnt not slack by any means. Pets are her fur babies and she treats them as such. She always goes above and beyond with the love and caring for animals. She took care of my Fairlee girl on and off for two years. She treated them so well that times I felt she didn’t want to come home with me :-) - if you want your family due baby to be treat and care for like gold Madisyn is your Gal !”
20. Jordan M.
“Jordan has now house sat for me twice and has been amazing. Not only was he available last-minute the first time, but my dogs took to him instantly. One of them is a rescue dog who was horribly abused, and she is terrified of EVERYONE, especially men. Jordan, however, had her sitting in his lap in minutes. He took good care of my other animals as well, and I came back to healthy geese, chickens and rabbits. I had no hesitation about asking him to house-sit again. I have my mother to him when she needed a sitter and will continue to hire him back in the future.”
