My dog tends to be very nervous around others, but Karen was extremely patient and quick to get him to warm up. It was even more reassuring when my Nala (a typical scaredy cat with new people) first met AJ and immediately warmed up for the visit, greeting her upon arrival and staying with us throughout the initial visit. While I had to go away for a business trip, AJ kept me reassured due to her quick responsive nature, her cheerful and respectful understanding of asking the right questions to showcase that she's attentive to Nala's unique needs and provided continual updates during her visits. Even with the fickle personalities, medical needs and changing requests we have, Katerinne has always made us feel comfortable while we’re gone. At times I think our dogs are happier when we’re out of town and they get to see Katerinne again.”
