Sammy is able to handle and train larger dogs that may be too much for some individuals, ensuring the dogs get plenty of opportunity to exercise and play. While her kind demeanor makes even the most skittish animals feel safe in her presence to approach her. Sammy has watched and cared for several of her family and friend's pets, and everyone's pets seem to love spending time with Sammy. Sammy is also great with cats, and she has experience dealing with feisty cats, shy cats, and kittens. Sammy has been excellent with my two young and energetic cats, and I always know that Sammy will take good care of them and keep them happy when I'm out of town. I cannot recommend Sammy enough!”

Always checked in and sent pictures of the girls, and Sadie was in far better condition than when we decided to kennel her two years ago. We know what to do next time and Kevin was entirely helpful with this process. We will be engaging him again in the future - thank you Kevin!”

About: My first degree in animal medicine and previous career as a veterinary technician has given me experience caring for many pets. I have had cats, dogs, fish, and hamsters throughout my life. I also check in on pets of friends and family when they are away to allow pets to remain comfortable in their own homes. I'm comfortable giving medication and a bath if needed during the drop in visit. I'm currently working on my masters degree in nursing and this allows me to earn some income for my family while in school. I am allow to choose days that I am available and keep a flexible schedule for my life. I have three cats and a cattle dog that all have their own personalities and daily needs. We go on walks and visit dog parks to keep up with the energy demands of out dog Harvey. He also has food allergies that require some special feed with raw food and supplements. My past career in veterinary medicine as a technician has allowed me to be comfortable with many pet personalities and medication administrations.

“Nick and his wife are two of the best dog owners we know. They are kind, loving, caring and attentive. We tease them that they treat their dog better than many people treat their kids. They are regular watchers of our dog and I truly believe he is as well (if not better) cared for in their home than ours. He loves going there and is so excited to see them.
