“Meredith was prompt and was very considerate. Since this was their first meeting, it was important for them to get to know each other. Meredith was very attentive and asked questions about Koda’s personality. Koda received her well. Looking forward to having Meredith back!”

“Amanda was fantastic! She treated my fur babies like they were her own. She was incredibly accommodating and helpful and professional. I felt completely at ease knowing she would be caring for my pets. She even went above and beyond by allowing me to borrow her doggie stroller for my elderly and blind doggie to use so he wouldn’t feel left out when they went for a walk with my younger dog. I highly recommend her services and I will definitely ask for her services again in the future.”

“Serrah and Brian were the best! We were out of town for two weeks and we knew right away that our dog was in good hands. They came over on weekdays for lunchtime walks. In the post walk pictures Bourbon always looked like he had a good walk. Their communication was quick and their Rover card updates were thorough and much appreciated.”

“Jillian was great with my pup! We did a meet and greet the day before and she came by for the rest of the week to give him a lunch potty break. Jillian took photos and was very responsive. My pup was happy to see her too! We will be sure to have Jillian help us out again in the future. 🙌 🐕”

“Andrew is so great with our dog Pepper! Pepper is always very excited to see him and go on walks with him. My husband and I are super grateful to have the extra help as we prepare to welcome our new baby.”

“I contacted Justin pretty last minute due to a change in my schedule and he was able to accommodate a walk for my dog the following day. He came within the allotted timeframe, played with my dog after her walk, and even managed to say hi to my cats. Thank you!”

About: Hello, my name is Breanna Villa. I am from Napa, CA, I am new to the Sacramento community. I have taken care of dogs and cats for a long time. I’ve had both dogs and cats. I’ve even had a bunny! I pride myself in giving your pup or kitty my time in making sure that they feel comfortable and loved with me in your home. Whether that mean playing together, cuddling, going on walks, or just hanging out. I am reliable, professional, and trustworthy. We can discuss prices as well, just ask! It brings me joy to see them feel calm and safe with me. While working with clients in their homes, I like to get familiar with the yard and the space to be aware of any spots your pets may hide or rest. I will care for your pets as if they were my own ♥️🐈🐶 I’m currently in college and have a lot of free time for fur babies. I am available all day Monday-Friday. I am more comfortable sitting from your home, rather than mine. I’m a full time pet sitter so this will allow me to offer your pets the quality care that they deserve. I have 2 cats that are friendly to dogs and cats. I am comfortable with taking your pets to parks, and taking them on walks as well. I can also take them to any vet appointments as needed.

About: I’ve taken great care of pets ever since I was 10 years old. We had pets when I was even younger than that and my love for them has only grown throughout the years. I would love to become a veterinarian to help animals and give them the love and care they deserve! I have had multiple bookings in the past, all of which had great results! These bookings have included overnight boarding and drop in visits and I also offer dog walking! I no longer offer dog boarding due to a recent move, but I still offer dog walking and drop ins. I currently work and am usually off around 10, although I do have to stay longer sometimes if need be. Times after 11 -11:30 usually work great for me and if anything changes for any specific date, i’ll be sure to get in contact right away! Being that I no longer offer dog boarding, drop ins and dog walking allow me to care for your pets in an environment they are comfortable in!

About: I have had dogs my entire life, and my major responsibilities started at about 8 years old. I aided my own senior dog with her health issues as well as my neighbors dog who requires extra medical attention. I am well-versed in dog-breeds and the nature of these animals. I love all dogs and have always been the dog-walker for my neighborhood. I have experience with puppies and am comfortable with large dog breeds. This will most likely be my main job, as I am a university student returning home for the summer. I am super flexible schedule wise and can easily meet any expectations. I have a fenced yard and my own dog who is 10000% dog-friendly. I am used to crate-trained dogs as well as those who may need to be restricted in the house. They will have my full attention no matter the environment to ensure they are well taken care of.

About: I grew up raising farm animals. Lambs, chickens, goats, ducks. As well as barn cats and dogs. As an adult I have adopted many dogs and cats through my years of living with many roommates. As well as fostering young puppies and kittens to teach them sociability. I currently work at a laboratory, my starts early in the morning and ends early afternoon giving my ample time to do potty runs, food runs, and overnight stays. I will respect every rule and boundary set by the Client, and deliver the upmost care and diligence in making sure the house, and all it contents are exactly the state they were left in.

“She is simply the BEST!! My little furbaby loves her, and she loves him right back. It’s so awesome to know that your beloved pet will get the love and attention that you would give. She’s my absolute FAVORITE.”

About: I’ve taken care of my own 2 puppies, almost 4 and 2. And helped friends with boarding and grooming. Regularly walk the dogs along the canal. I work from home, with much freedom to come and go. I am open to board, walk, or drop in at any time at the moment. My dogs mostly free roam down stairs. They are trained to go into a crate or play pen when needed. I take them out several times a day and they eat twice a day in the morning and evening.

“Lisa is truly amazing! She’s been incredibly patient with our timid, anxious dog, Plum… and with my own nerves about introducing her to a new sitter. We started with short walks, and at first, Plum wouldn’t even make it a block before turning back. But Lisa was determined to win her over. After a few more tries and a weekend with Lisa, everything changed. Plum came home happy, tired, and totally exhausted. Now, Plum can’t wait to go on walks with her and gets excited if I even mention Lisa’s name. We’re so grateful to have found her!”

About: My name is Edgar and I love dogs! I have taken care of them since I was 8 years old. From puppies till they became senior pups, our family has never had a household without them. I have 2 dogs of my own Mama, a Havanese and Maltese mix, and Max, a Shih-Tsu and Maltese mix. Both are 10 years old and get along great with all dogs of different sizes and breeds. I work from home and will be able to watch and care for your pet for the entire service. I try to modify my normal routines depending on each pet’s need. Before confirming a booking, please be available to schedule a meet and greet with Mama and Max prior to the boarding dates to make sure they will get along, thank you! Your pet will never be left alone. I have a backyard where they can run around, but I can also take them on walks. I will accommodate your pet’s need and provide frequent updates.

About: I’ve had pets my whole life, but for the last 8 years, I’ve been the sole caregiver to my own dogs. I’ve cared for dogs of all ages, including seniors—my last dog lived to nearly 19, so I understand the extra love and patience that comes with senior care! I share my home with my husband, Alex, and our sweet 8-year-old Chihuahua mix, Pepper. For any boarding or daycare stays, I always set up a meet and greet in a public space to make sure Pepper and your pup are a good fit first. I offer dog walking, drop-ins, house sitting, boarding, and daycare, with personalized care for each dog. I have experience and am comfortable giving oral medication and I’m happy to follow your pup’s usual routine to help them feel at ease. Whether your dog is energetic, laid-back, shy, or cuddly, I’ll match their energy and make them feel right at home. You’ll also get regular updates and plenty of pictures so you can relax knowing your pup is safe, happy, and in good hands. As a fellow pet parent and longtime Rover user myself, I know how important it is to find someone you can trust. I truly love animals and treat every dog as if they were my own! I work part-time, which gives me a flexible schedule to provide dedicated care to your pets. I’m off on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, so those days are completely open for dog care, whether it’s walks, playtime, or just keeping your dog company. On the days I do work, I still have plenty of time to give your pet love and attention, with walks and visits built into my routine. We live in a quiet, gated community, which offers a peaceful setting for pets. In my home, I offer a safe, comfortable environment where your pet can feel relaxed and happy. Our community has a fenced dog park along with plenty of grassy areas for play and exercise. There’s also a walking trail nearby, which is perfect for daily walks and exploring. For overnight care or extended stays, I stick to your pet’s routine as much as possible to help them feel at home, and I’ll keep you updated with pictures and messages to make sure you’re comfortable while you’re away.

Justin C.

Hannah A.

“Thank you, Hannah! Hannah did a great job managing Brodie who is a 92 pound two-year-old. He liked her so much he went over and hit his friend button after she left.”

Breanna V.
“Breanna has watched my calico (Cali) for many years now. My kitty usually is very shy and scared when it comes to new people but when she met her she got along with her right away. It was shocking but that just shows that she does an amazing job and I full trust her with cali. I would most definitely recommend getting her service she does a great job with cats and dogs.I wouldn’t want anyone else doing it!”

Minhhan L.

“I got stuck at work and was not able to get home until really late. Minhhan is a life saver! Thanks to her, I did not have to worry about my dogs.”

Christine E.
“Christine has helped me a ton. I have a 2 year old dog that loves playing and going on walks but when I’m not home I can always count on Christine to come over and take care of my pup. I never had a problem with Christine and she always updates me on everything when she’s looking after my dog. I would recommend her for those that need someone to look after their pets!”

Madelyn D.
“Maddie has watched my two cats and my dog-an active lab, in my home many times. She is wonderful. Responds quickly, responsible, clean, kind, and of course wonderful with the animals. She has watched my cat when he was sick and able to care for him. Separately, She also walks my dog and he comes back happy and tired. She is my “go to” dog walker and house/animal sitter. I highly recommend her. Your animals will be cuddled and loved by Maddie”

Simon L.
“I have never seen such a wide variety of animals respond to someone like Simon. Cats, dogs, birds, even some reptiles. Friends of mine have said, “my dog can be a little aggressive” and “my cat doesn’t really like anyone but me” next thing you know the dog is begging Simon for another bear hug and the cat refuses to leave his side. When either myself or my family needs advice for our pets I always turn to Simon and ask what he’s done with his own pets in the past. My cousin had a large black lab that wouldn’t stop jumping on people. Simon gave instructions on spray bottle training and within a week my cousin’s dog was completely trained out of the bad habit. Trust Simon, he will make sure your cherished friends are loved, safe, and properly cared for.”

Natalie S.

“We are so thankful to Natalie for taking care of our Wally. She gave us great updates and was great at communicating. We can tell Wally misses her already.”

Marilyn R.

“She is simply the BEST!! My little furbaby loves her, and she loves him right back. It’s so awesome to know that your beloved pet will get the love and attention that you would give. She’s my absolute FAVORITE.”

Clement H.
“I can’t recommend Clement enough. He’s a true dog lover through and through. The way he cares for his pup and any dog he meets is nothing short of amazing. He’s empathetic, dependable, and always attentive to their needs. I've seen him create a calm, happy environment where pets feel completely safe and loved. If you're looking for someone you can trust with your furry friend, Clement is the one!”

Lisa H.
