About: Home has a fenced in yard, pets will never be outside alone, and will only be out to go potty. I can give daily medications, and care for special diets. Have experience in caring for old dogs, and dogs with chronic medical conditions that require very strict diet and care. Pets will have access to fresh water and be kept on their normal feeding schedule and daily routine to the best of my ability while they’re in my home and you’re away, thank you for looking at my profile! I currently work part time so your fur friends won’t be alone for long. Someone is generally always home during the day. We try to keep our fur friends on your schedule the best we can. I have a doggy door that leads to a fenced in area for potty breaks. Fur friends have free run of our entire house as long as someone is home. If your fur friend is used to a kennel, we have plenty of space to accommodate it.

She went above and beyond and monitored our oldest dog who swallowed a small piece of corn cob and was still hadn’t passed it by the time our trip was scheduled. She sent pictures so we knew when he finally did and it was a big relief. Highly recommended!”

She gives them all the attention they are used to, has no problem giving meds, wiping tear stains and tail pockets, feeds them on schedule, gives them fresh water twice a day, takes them for walks and she even picks up poop in the backyard when she’s here! There’s no one I trust more than Becky to care for my pups!”

“As a young student she stood out for her love for animals. She would protect and advocate for any animal that happened to wonder on school/church grounds. As a young student, she was hired by neighbors to care/walk their pets and trusted her with the key to their house. She loved doing that awesome service for people. When outdoors, she politely asked pet owners permission to pet their dog/cats, without failure. I believe she has the required traits/qualities to do this job efficiently.”

About: I feel like I've been taking care of animals my whole life. When I was born, my family had three cats and that's been the fewest animals we've had. We've had dogs, cats, rabbits, a tortoise, and both saltwater and fresh water fish. I currently care for our four dogs, our rabbit, our tortoise, and our cat colony not only on a daily basis, but as the sole caregiver whenever my parents go out of town. In addition, I've been watching our friends' houses and pets when they go out of town for over four years. I am currently a college student only taking online classes which means my schedule is open to spend a lot of time with your four-legged family members. When my own family travels or is away for the day, we have to get someone to watch our "fur babies" when we're gone, so I understand the worry of someone loving them while you're away and will always keep that in mind when I'm taking care of your family. While I currently have dogs (and my rabbit Brer who is my baby), I love cats, too! I've helped my family foster kittens (including a bottle-fed one) and I recently "kitty-sat" for a family friend including feeding her, making sure she had fresh water, scooping her litter box, and spending time with her each day. I am very responsible and can provide references. Not only have I worked in positions that required a U.S. Secret clearance, I've volunteered at several nonprofits around town. I was a Heart of Yuma finalist two years ago. I look forward to meeting your family and appreciate the opportunity to love them. I am currently taking classes at Arizona Western College, but they are online, so I am available most of the time and can do my classes from any location that has internet. I also work for the City of Yuma 2 - 4 hours per week in their recreation programs, so I can easily work around that schedule or take the time off to care for pets if needed. Because of my family pets, I cannot board pets in our home (my parents will care for our pets while I'm caring for yours), but I'm happy to care for them in their own home. It will be great because the pets will be in their familiar space. I can come for short visits or stay during the day and/or overnight depending on the pets' needs.

“John dropped in on our Bengal cat Murphy daily during our vacation in the Caribbean. We met face to face beforehand, and John was a nice, normal guy. Super responsive to text. The app notified us every time John started the drop-in visit and when it ended. John always fed, changed water, cleaned the litter, played with and pet Murphy. He sent me three or four pictures each day, and commented on how Murphy was doing. When we came home, everything was perfect, Murphy was happy, and John came by to return the key at my convenience. Five stars, you couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend.”
