About: Hello, my name is Kathy and I offer drop in visits, day care, and walking for mellow and senior dogs and I specialize in caring for cats and kittens. I have lived with and cared for both cats and dogs my whole life, from young ones to seniors, as well as sick pets who need medical attention. I am skilled at giving oral medication and shots. I also volunteer at my local no-kill shelter and handle cats of all sizes. My husband and I live with our small introverted tripod dog and 2 cats in a house with a fenced-in backyard. Our neighborhood is quiet and safe with sidewalks. Our home is a relaxing space for senior, mellow, and/or introverted dogs - if your dog enjoys cuddling on the couch or slow strolls around a quiet neighborhood, then we have the perfect home! I also offer the following services separately: - Dog baths (shampoo + conditioner; $15/bath) - Cat nail trimming ($10/session) Please feel free to reach out with any questions. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family member! I work from home with a generally flexible schedule. I'm able to set my own hours for the most part and can be available over lunch as well as before and after work. I'm also able to take frequent breaks to let dogs outside in our fenced-in backyard with a 6-foot fence. After work, we will go for a walk around the neighborhood. I'm the primary caretaker but my husband helps when he is home. Boarding: I have a small, introverted tripod and 2 cats. As such, I will only board mellow, senior, and/or introverted dogs who are good with cats. My cats will not bother your baby as long as they don't bother the cats. Drop-ins: I understand every pet has its own personality and will respect their needs! I'm happy to play with your energetic companion or leave your shy loved one alone and let them come to me. No matter what, I am always attentive to their body language.

About: I have owned my labrador, Iris, for 4 years, and have been walking and caring for neighbors’ and family dogs for about 10 years. I have experience watching and caring for labradors, goldens, pit bulls, beagles, and german shepards. I have experience with crate, obedience, and specialized service dog training. I also have experience administering medication and working with digestive issues and issues with eating too fast. I’m excited to meet your pet! I currently work from home and have no strict daily schedule aside from occasional meetings. My fiancé cares for my lab when I’m not home, and I am happy to visit most hours of the day. I am more than happy to follow your guidelines to the letter for your pet. I am very diligent in maintaining a safe and happy environment, and would love the opportunity to care for any pet anywhere from baby to senior, and sick to healthy. I believe pets deserve respect, and I do my best to be attentive to body language and needs.
“We had a great experience with Qasheedra. From the moment we met, she and her family were warm, professional, and clearly experienced with dogs. She took the time to understand my dogs’ needs and routine, which really put me at ease. My dog came back happy, relaxed, and well cared for — I couldn’t ask for more. I’ll definitely be booking again. Highly recommend!”

We love on them and care for them as if they are our own, We have been dog sitting for several years and really enjoy it. My husband and I are retired and home most days all day. Your babies will be very spoiled and cared for. Your babies will have a good vacation too. We have crates if needed or they can roam the house. “Neither I nor my boyfriend have anything bad to say about Caren. Not only did we both adore her but our dog did too, and was so excited every morning to get to go to Caren's. Our only complaint is we couldn't permanently add her to our family! She is so dedicated to the animals and making sure that they are safe, taken care of, healthy, and will do almost anything to personalize the visit to suit the individual needs of the dog. Ours has anxiety issues and she never had a single problem accommodating him. We used her almost every weekday (usually around 3 days a week) for the last about two months because of how much we loved and trusted her. Her entire family is so sweet and any dog that stays with her will get immediately loved and spoiled and pampered. If you're on the fence, she is 110% worth it and an absolute doll. Such a sweet person and so amazing with each animal she takes care of!”

“This family takes great care of our pup. When I pulled into the drive and Rosy recognized where we were, she was super excited! They love her and Rosy loves them right back!”
