My baby made friends and came home even more behaved than when I dropped her off and Teresa never raises her voice at your fur baby. My little princess was so happy with Teresa. Teresa sent videos and pictures, even if she is sitting for other pups while she has yours (which she will tell you up front if this is the case) she still spends one on one time with each pup multiple times a day. And get this, I called Teresa on the same day that I needed service because I was in a bit of a pickle and she accommodated me. She is super professional, her home is very clean and it doesn't smell of pets. Teresa is now our baby's permanent sitter. She is absolutely the best!
