Loving, Reliable Care for Your Pups
I have cared for cats for most of my life but 5 years ago my fiancé and I adopted my first dog. For the past 5 years, I’ve cared for my dog, Mary Jane, who has been my sweetest teacher in understanding dog behavior, routines, and communication. Through caring for her, I’ve gained hands-on experience with daily walking, feeding schedules, basic training reinforcement, administering simple medications, and creating a calm, consistent environment for a happy pup. I have also cared for many friends pets while they were away on vacation. I may be new to Rover, but I’m not new to being a responsible, attentive animal owner.

Krista was absolutely fantastic! She was very patient with our little scared and shy dog. Our little dog even warmed up to her after a day or two. She was very sweet and gave a lot of updates. Krista weathered a couple of severe storms and held our scared baby. The next day she took a walk around our property to assess the damage and sent some pictures. She showed a lot of care not only for our little dog but our home and belongings as well. We felt completely at ease for the full extent of our week long vacation. We really appreciated everything Krista did and will absolutely be using her again in the future! I highly recommend!
This was our first time using Krista and we highly recommend her! Communication was excellent. She sent pictures and updates. Our senior dog was taken care of and we enjoyed our vacation with no worries!

we had such a great experience with Krista, as she was our puppy's first sitter. she was great with communication, and sent photo updates! our puppy is still potty training, and she was extremely accommodating with that. she was very attentive to our puppy's needs and routine. and our puppy got along really well with her sweet dog! we couldn't be more grateful and will definitely book again!
Krista is incredibly responsible and someone I trust completely. She’s taken wonderful care of my cats and dogs, always making sure they were fed, exercised, and given lots of love. I always felt at ease knowing my pets were with her, and I would absolutely recommend her as a pet sitter, especially if you want someone caring and very detail oriented.

Schedule
Caring for animals is already woven into my daily rhythm. I work part-time with flexible hours, giving me plenty of space in my schedule for peaceful walks, playtime, and check-ins with pets. I’m used to creating a balanced routine around my own dog, and bringing that same calm, attentive energy to other pets feels completely natural. I am currently free to sit/walk any day of the week.

When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on creating a safe, calm, and familiar environment for them. I follow your routines exactly as you outline them — from feeding instructions to walk times to any training cues your dog is used to. I keep doors and gates secured, monitor their body language closely, and make sure they always have fresh water and a comfortable space to relax. Trust is extremely important to me, so I communicate clearly, send updates/photos, and treat your home with the same respect and care I treat your pet.
