About: I have operated a professional pet care business in the Austin area since 2014. I have experience caring for a wide variety of animals including dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, sugar gliders, rats, mice, birds, chickens, and sheep. I am Pet First Aid & CPR trained, have experience giving both oral and injectable medications, and am passionate about all things animal. Providing quality pet care is my full-time job, and I love what I do! I don’t travel much/ever since I prefer to stay home with my own beloved pets, which means I’m rarely unavailable to take care of your pets too. I have a fenced yard, 5 dogs, 2 cats, and I share a fence with a small flock of sheep. About: As a pet owner myself, I know leaving an animal in the care of a stranger can be anxiety-ridden, but I can promise you that I will care for your animals as much as I care for mine. Their wellbeing is my number one priority and I will diligently watch them as though they are my own. You can also be assured I know how to properly watch over your animals as my years of fostering taught me how to care for dogs of all ages and personalities. Further, as a dog parent to seven rescues, I have seen and managed a variety of different behaviors. There is very little that I haven’t come across, so nothing surprises me at this point. I am also well-versed in the unique challenges that may come with caring for senior dogs as three of my own are above the age of 12 now. I am sensitive to the extra or unique care seniors may need, and am happy to do whatever is needed to make them comfortable. Outside of animal-specific experience, I work remotely full-time, which gives me the flexibility to spend plenty of time with the pets in my care—whether they’re staying with me or I’m staying with them. Additionally, as an attorney, I understand the importance of being timely, following instructions, and providing consistent communication. I will always be where you need me to be at the times you ask, I will always follow any instructions you provide, and I will always communicate and provide updates on your animals while they are in my care. For dogs staying with me, I’m home throughout the day for plenty of attention, supervision, and frequent potty and play breaks in our fenced yard. They’re welcome to hang out with me while I work or find a comfortable spot to relax and nap. When I’m house sitting, I can work remotely from your home so your pets can enjoy the same companionship while staying in their familiar environment. I’m happy to follow their usual schedule for meals, walks, potty breaks, medications, playtime, and downtime. Wherever I’m caring for your pet, I do my best to maintain their normal routine and make their time away from you feel as comfortable and familiar as possible. Whether I’m caring for your pets in my home or yours, their safety and comfort are my priority. I pay close attention to body language, behavior, and each pet’s individual needs, and I’m happy to follow their normal feeding, medication, exercise, and care routines. In my home, I have a fully fenced yard and plenty of space for dogs to play, relax, or take a break when they need one. I’m experienced with multi-dog households, different play styles, and recognizing when a dog needs some space. I also have gates to block access to stairs or separate areas of the home when needed, as well as multiple large crates for dogs who are crate-trained and feel most comfortable having their own space. When I’m house sitting, I’ll care for your pets and your home with the same attention I give my own. I’ll follow your instructions closely, maintain your pet’s usual routine, respect any household rules or safety precautions, and make sure your home is secure while you’re away. I’m also happy to provide regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pets are safe and well cared for.

When I was 22 I adopted my soulmate, Peaches. Five years later, she was diagnosed with heart failure at a terrifying hospital visit. My quick (panicked) reaction, and the incredible doctors, saved her life. She lived another happy 10 months with vigilance and guidance! Having to pill her twice a day, and keep a close eye, I became a pro! At the same time, I was taking care of clients pets, never missing a beat. We had about 50 clients, some were every day dog walks, some were just vacation bookings, but I loved them all! I was the team lead, and lead caregiver for three years. I'm annoyingly attentive to the weird little individual things- who's nervous, who needs patience, who has a routine, who's uncomfortable, who can I make MORE comfortable, what might the owner worry about while they're away. Every pet, every visit, is treated like my own. I am available, and used to, a full time pet care schedule! Having just moved from my last position in Virginia, I'm ready to establish an incredible client base here in Bastrop. I have a large fenced yard at home, on a quiet street. Pets will never be left unattended, and will always be on leash when leaving the home. Pets will always be handled gently and with care, while maintaining a strong grip on the leash! I was raised around German Shepherds, but these days I share my home with a medium-haired cat named Tofu and a belgian malinois named Safi. I’m now a stay-at-home mom, but my love for animals hasn’t changed I still love being around pets and would be so happy to help care for yours! Pet sitting is the perfect way for me to stay connected to animals while also being able to stay at home with my baby girl. Bilingual As a stay at home mom my schedule is super flexible, and I can easily accommodate you and your pet’s needs! I am available Monday through Sunday. Our home is a cozy three bedroom space, and one of the rooms is set up as a guest room with a twin bed—our cat loves to lounge there! She’s also welcome on the couches, and the same goes for any other four legged visitors. We also have a spacious, fenced backyard that’s perfect for playtime or lounging in the sun. If it’s more convenient for me to come to your home, I’m happy to make that work as long as you’re okay with me bringing my baby along if needed and your pets are gentle and comfortable around little ones.

About: I have owned a dog my entire life, worked in a veterinary clinic, and was a service dog raiser for 3.5 years while getting my Animal Science degree. My friends and family also trust me to sit their dogs when they are away. I am currently unemployed so have a lot of availability during the week. About: I’ve taken care of friends and neighbors animals since middle school but began taking it more seriously around 13-14. I’ve animal sat elderly dogs with special needs, puppies, and mostly small dogs! But I’ve also happily watched cats, rodents, birds, and fish so all animal friends are welcome! I can always work Sundays and Fridays and I have time Tuesday and wednesday evenings to check in on them when needed or go on a little walk. My cat is fed 3 times a day for a total of 2/3 cup of food, he has a play routine before bed, is let on the balcony for fresh air with his harness and a line connected to the door so he cannot get to the edge of the concrete. He takes his flea meds every month, and goes to the vet every 6 for a little check in as he’s on a small weight loss journey. I work 6-8hrs a day 5 days a week but luckily he has a a cat roommate to nap and play with while I’m gone

My 13-year-old lab crossed the rainbow bridge a few years ago, so I do not have any pets in my home and we do not take more than one family at a time. Animals are the best part of our world and nothing makes me happier than spending time with dogs and cats. I also volunteer for PALS, a program under Meals on Wheels, that provides food for animals in senior homes. I loved to walk my dog and would be more than happy to provide dog walking services to others on the weekends.
