About: As a pet owner myself, I know leaving an animal in the care of a stranger can be anxiety-ridden, but I can promise you that I will care for your animals as much as I care for mine. Their wellbeing is my number one priority and I will diligently watch them as though they are my own. You can also be assured I know how to properly watch over your animals as my years of fostering taught me how to care for dogs of all ages and personalities. Further, as a dog parent to seven rescues, I have seen and managed a variety of different behaviors. There is very little that I haven’t come across, so nothing surprises me at this point. I am also well-versed in the unique challenges that may come with caring for senior dogs as three of my own are above the age of 12 now. I am sensitive to the extra or unique care seniors may need, and am happy to do whatever is needed to make them comfortable. Outside of animal-specific experience, I work remotely full-time, which gives me the flexibility to spend plenty of time with the pets in my care—whether they’re staying with me or I’m staying with them. Additionally, as an attorney, I understand the importance of being timely, following instructions, and providing consistent communication. I will always be where you need me to be at the times you ask, I will always follow any instructions you provide, and I will always communicate and provide updates on your animals while they are in my care. For dogs staying with me, I’m home throughout the day for plenty of attention, supervision, and frequent potty and play breaks in our fenced yard. They’re welcome to hang out with me while I work or find a comfortable spot to relax and nap. When I’m house sitting, I can work remotely from your home so your pets can enjoy the same companionship while staying in their familiar environment. I’m happy to follow their usual schedule for meals, walks, potty breaks, medications, playtime, and downtime. Wherever I’m caring for your pet, I do my best to maintain their normal routine and make their time away from you feel as comfortable and familiar as possible. Whether I’m caring for your pets in my home or yours, their safety and comfort are my priority. I pay close attention to body language, behavior, and each pet’s individual needs, and I’m happy to follow their normal feeding, medication, exercise, and care routines. In my home, I have a fully fenced yard and plenty of space for dogs to play, relax, or take a break when they need one. I’m experienced with multi-dog households, different play styles, and recognizing when a dog needs some space. I also have gates to block access to stairs or separate areas of the home when needed, as well as multiple large crates for dogs who are crate-trained and feel most comfortable having their own space. When I’m house sitting, I’ll care for your pets and your home with the same attention I give my own. I’ll follow your instructions closely, maintain your pet’s usual routine, respect any household rules or safety precautions, and make sure your home is secure while you’re away. I’m also happy to provide regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pets are safe and well cared for.

With over 10 years of pet sitting experience, we’ve had the joy of caring for all kinds of animals including dogs, cats, small pets, chickens, goats, and even donkeys. About: I've had a lot of pets in my life. I currently have 6 dogs and 3 cats. I have experience with reactive dogs and dog selective dogs. I deal mostly with large and extra large dogs but have owned medium and small dogs. I've worked for a boarding kennel before so I have some professional experience with that. I am also a current foster to shelter dogs so I see different breeds and personalities all the time. I work a full time job. I work nights so I'm usually available during the day early mornings and evenings on the days I work. I can always find a way to make it work. I have dogs that do not get along with other dogs or people. I am very used to a crate and rotate schedule and I'm very conscious of my dogs mood and behavior. I also have foster dogs, so I have new dogs in and out and ensuring safety is my top priority.
