Hello there! My name is Sofía, and I can’t wait to care of your pet! Here are some things you should know about me : I have one dog living with me. I have volunteered at animal shelters, wildlife rescue facilities, and animal therapy organizations. When volunteering at shelters, I bathed dogs, cleaned up their poop, played with, and walked them as well as played with cats. Additionally, I enjoy outdoor activities very much, so I am definitely in shape to walk your dogs and play with them. I hope I can be of service to you and your dog(s). My backyard is unfenced, except for the patio area and a room sized square for dogs to pee/poop in. Dogs are not allowed on furniture, but they can be on the bed if they stay on top of the blanket. If you know your dog won’t run away, we can play in the unfenced area of the backyard :) I do have a 30 ft leash that I normally use to play with my dog outside.

I will care for your pets however is needed and instructed. I have taken care of multiple senior dogs and dogs that take oral medication.

Sofía accommodated a very last minute booking with several changes (which isn’t typical for us but the flexibility was appreciated)! She was very communicative, respectful of the space and had a great eye for detail when it came to our instructions. We loved getting photo updates. Our pups get separation anxiety but they were relaxed and happy when we came home. Thank you!

Schedule
I’m free most of the time. I just need more advanced notice if it is an overnight stay over just a drop in at your home.

- Your pet’s health should always be prioritized, so please let me know of any special needs or things I have to do a certain way. It would also be helpful to know how they behave on walks, around other animals, or if they see wildlife out the window (deer often come around my backyard).
