“Got it! Here’s a more natural version with your note about being repeat customers: ⸻ We’ve used Kimmie previously, and there’s a reason we keep coming back—she’s amazing. She takes such good care of our dogs, always making sure they get their medicine, playing with them, and giving them tons of love and attention. It’s clear she really cares about them, and they’re always happy and relaxed when we get home. We feel so lucky to have found her!”

About: I have been responsible for caring for pets from a young age through my own animals, which helped me develop a strong love and understanding for pets of all kinds. For the past three years, I have also provided pet care services for many wonderful families in my community. I am experienced with daily care routines such as feeding, walking, playtime, administering basic medications, and providing plenty of attention. I am also comfortable caring for multiple pets at once! I’ll always strive to make your pets feel safe and loved while you are away. I am currently home from school for the summer, so I have open availability throughout the week and on weekends. I love spending time with animals and I have plenty of time to stay or stop by for visits, walks, feeding, or whatever else your fur babies may need while you’re away! While caring for pets in their home, I try to maintain their normal routine as closely as possible to help them feel comfortable awhile their owners are away. I can follow all instructions regarding feeding schedules, walks, medications, and any other specific care needs. I also make sure pets receive plenty of attention as they like. In addition to caring for your pets, I will treat your home with the utmost respect. I will keep it clean, secure, and exactly as you left it. I want to ensure your peace of mind knowing your pets are safe, happy, and well cared for.
About: I’ve pet sat for family and friends for many years. From small dogs to Pit bulls and Huskies . Puppies who are still learning how to walk on leashes to senior dogs who are just wanting to cuddle..all dogs deserve kindness and love even if they aren’t my own. I work full time Monday- Thursday, and have my 2 year old doggo with me when I’m working. I wanted to help those who needs someone to walk their dog on Fridays while they’re at work or away for the weekend for business or a quick trip. At home my dog is like my baby. I did a lot of dog training with her when we first got her, so I do know the basics. With others dogs, I want to be able to gain their trust and for them to realize that even though their humans aren’t home they can be trusted with a kind hearted and safe person. Also who doesn’t love to get pets, cuddles and treats ?!

“Brittany was able to come last minute to watch my dog while I was out of town for the day. She was very patient and understanding of my old boy and did everything that I asked.”

About: I have owned 3 dogs over the past 20 years. I have watched, walked, and cared for the dogs, cats, birds, turtles, and reptiles. I have trained my own pets and I’m very comfortable meeting new animals. I’m a part-time remotely working licensed realtor so I’ve been fingerprinted and FBI background checked for your safety and peace of mind. I’m currently working part-time from home, mostly on my computer so I have plenty of time to play, walk, and care for your pets. I will carefully adhere to your pets’ schedule, routine, and instructions to make sure your pet has a safe and happy experience in my care.
About: I'm an animal lover! I always had animals growing up; having cats & dogs. Also had a guinea pig, a chinchilla, several birds, a turtle, bunnies and bearded dragons. Our furbabies are like our children! I am a professional petsitter, fostering dogs & cats, training them and rescuing animals. Currently, I have 4 cats (mine) & 2 bearded dragons and 1 small dog (mom's). I have experiences with seniors and blind furbabies. I also have experiences dealing with flight risk, severe anxiety pets and oral medication as well as injections. **DROP-IN VISIT** I live in Taylor, I can travel to Hutto, Granger, southeast of GT, East of Round Rock, Thorndale and Coupland. **BOARDING - Requirements: * Non-aggressive/low/medium energy (must be ok with other pets) * 100% house-trained includes trained to not chew on household items * Current on all vaccinations and flea prevention * Male felines must be neutered I ask you to provide food and bedding for your furbabies because every pet is different, has different lifestyles and eating/sleeping habits, toys. I have plenty of bowls and plenty of crates (XS, S, M, L, XL & XXL) including a 3 tier crate (for cats) if needed. My schedule is flexible, I'm almost always home. If weather permits, I enjoy going out for long hikes or going to parks/neighborhood for walks. ** Boarding & Housesitting - I'm available 7 days a week. The potty break/meal schedule is flexible on my end. They can go out often for potty breaks, to explore, fetch, and enjoy the sun as they please. Also, will provide outdoor play with engagement of other pups and can do some training as well. ** Housesitting - I will spend the nights with them. Sometimes I will be away for a few hours unless you instruct me for a specific time, such as how long it is ok to leave your pets alone, I will follow your preference. They are welcome to tag along for the ride if they enjoy car rides. -- During my free time I volunteer as a pet rescue member with Trapping, Rescue and Pet Recovery Service (TRAPRS), a non-profit organization. I have been with TRAPRS since they were founded in 2019. When I'm scheduled to pet sit, I will not be available to do a rescue. Only time I'll be away is if someone is able to secure an animal, Ill be out for a quick scan for microchip or if I'm scheduled to drop-in to visit other clients' homes. (I want to be transparent about what I do). I know it can be stressful leaving your family member with a stranger, but you can be confident that your furbaby/ies will be treated as one of the family; given plenty of love, hugs, belly scratches, treats, play time and walks during their stay. I have a fenced yard for your pup(s) to explore, do their business, enjoy the fresh air & flirt with the sun, and play fetch. I will send photos and videos of your furbaby having a great time! You are welcome to reach out to check on them at any time. They will be in good paws!
About: I’m new to the rover app but, I’m not new to taking care of fur babies! While growing up we always had pets. When I left for college I got a puppy because of how much I missed my pups at home. I potty trained him all on my own while also juggling being a student athlete. I want to help out the best I can, so put me to work:) I am a part time hitting coach in the evenings so, I will have plenty of time to help you with your fur babies. I am off every weekend. I can take your pets on walks or play fetch to get them moving. I also can sit and just love on your pups whenever you are at work or away for a bit.

“Highly recommend Bella! My husband and I frequently go on longer trips and I've never seen my cat so content after we've been gone! He obviously felt safe, loved, taken care of, and so much more. Will definitely be booking again.”

“Oh my goodness!! There are no words to describe how pleased we are with Alexandra. She is by far the best care taker for our dogs and our home. We are so over the top dog owners and she totally respects the love we have for our pets. She followed all our directions to a T. We tell how happy our dogs were by the photos she sent. Olive was rolling around in the grass so happy. And, Cassie was bossing her around as usual. We highly recommend Alex for exceptional care and the love most of all. Its not just a job for her she truly loves animals 💕. Worth every penny!!”

“Megan was absolutely awesome! My sister and I have labs, which are obviously high maintenance dogs, so we were hesitant in using rover, but MAN are we glad we met Megan! She tended to their every need & loved on them extra for us. She sent daily photos and updates and even did some cleaning up around our house (amazing right?!). I felt so safe and secure with leaving the dogs with her and will absolutely being going back to her when we both have to leave town again. Thanks for being the best, Megan!”

About: Growing up, my home was always filled with many dogs and that early experience taught me how to understand different personalities and make every pup feel comfortable. Over the years I’ve also been a trusted dog sitter for friends, neighbors, and family, caring for dogs with all sorts of routines and energy levels. I’m confident with puppies who need structure, older dogs who need patience, and everything in between. What sets me apart is the calm, reliable care I bring to every visit and my ability to adapt to each dog’s unique needs so they feel safe, happy, and right at home. Pet care fits easily into my routine, especially during the summer when I’m home from college and have plenty of availability. I’m able to schedule visits, walks, and check‑ins throughout the day, so pets get consistent attention and care. When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as familiar and comfortable as possible. I follow your instructions closely — feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special needs — so your pet feels secure in their own space. I take time to build trust, offer plenty of attention, and keep things clean . Since I’m home from college for the summer and have lots of flexibility, I’m able to give pets consistent check‑ins and companionship throughout the day.
“Lillian (Ruthie) took such loving care of my li'l girl Sadie! This was my first time leaving her since a cross country move, and Ruthie helped keep Sadie's routine consistent while giving her a quiet, comfortable environment. She was also wonderfully communicative, trustworthy, and caring. Thank you, Ruthie, and we look forward to having you out again!”

FAQs for House Sitting - Wuthrich Hill
Frequently asked questions about Rover
As of July 2026, there are 1,980 sitters on Rover offering House Sitting across Wuthrich Hill. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Beyond belly rubs and feeding schedules, a house sitter’s presence may provide an additional layer of security for your home. However, you will need to arrange overnight stays and other household tasks with your sitter when reaching out to them. Not all sitters offer the same services. Common household tasks you can negotiate include:
- Mail & deliveries: Collecting letters and packages so they don't pile up.
- Plant care: Keeping your indoor or outdoor garden hydrated.
- Trash & recycling: Taking trash cans to the curb on scheduled pickup days.
- Home security: Sitters can stay overnight to keep your home occupied.
The best way to align on expectations is during your free Meet & Greet. Use this time to provide a "home cheat sheet" that includes your preferred Wuthrich Hill walking routes, the location of your favorite pet store, and any specific quirks about your home’s security or appliances.
It’s helpful to think of house sitting as a "home base" service. Most sitters in Wuthrich Hill maintain their normal daily routines, like running errands or heading to the office, meaning your pet should be comfortable being alone for a few hours at a time. If your pet needs a little extra company, here is how to find the perfect match:
- Look for "WFH" sitters: Many sitters mention "Work from Home" on their profile to indicate they’ll be present for the majority of the day.
- Update your pet’s profile: Write down how long your pet can comfortably be left alone. This helps sitters quickly determine if their schedule aligns with your needs.
- Communicate 24/7 needs: Standard house sitting usually doesn't include constant supervision. If your pet requires round-the-clock care, be sure to discuss this upfront.
Tip: Use the Meet & Greet to confirm a sitter's typical "away" windows. Transparency ensures your pet stays happy and your sitter can plan their day effectively!
Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Wuthrich Hill choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
