About: I have worked in various different ways with animals and have even gone to BCIT for high school where we learned to be a vet assistant and dog grooming. I have pet sat for family friends and used to work in a kennel where we board both cats and dogs. I have had pets all my life and know how much they mean to you so I will give them the best care! I have been caring for my own dogs since I was just 10 years old, which has given me a deep understanding of canine behavior and needs. My academic background in animal science has equipped me with a solid foundation in animal care, health, and behavior. Through my coursework, I have gained insights into various aspects of veterinary medicine, nutrition, and training techniques. This knowledge allows me to provide not only basic care but also specialized attention tailored to each dog's unique requirements. In addition to my studies, I actively engage in clinical hours at a local veterinary clinic under the guidance of a certified veterinarian and vet tech. This hands on experience is invaluable. It has allowed me to observe and participate in real-world scenarios involving pet health care. From administering medications to understanding common health issues, this practical exposure enhances my ability to recognize signs of distress or illness in dogs while I am sitting or walking them. I’m currently doing clinical hours voluntarily and not a set schedule so I’m available currently Monday-Friday anytime and will update my hours if need be due to obtaining a set schedule for clinical hours. I believe establishing a consistent daily routine is crucial for both dogs. This includes regular feeding times, exercise, and bathroom breaks. For my husky, who is energetic and playful, I ensure she gets at least an hour of vigorous exercise each day. This includes walks, runs, or playtime in the yard. My cockapoo also enjoys playtime but requires slightly less intense activity due to his smaller size and older age. I ensure that my home environment is safe for both dogs by removing hazardous items such as toxic plants or small objects they could swallow inside and outside. Additionally, I use baby gates if necessary to restrict access to certain areas of the house where they might get into trouble. I have learned by following these steps consistently in caring for my husky and cockapoo at home, and applying similar principles when caring for clients' pets, I’ll create a nurturing environment that supports their health and happiness.

About: I have had a lot of experience with all breeds and understand the care for each. I enjoy being around all dogs and making sure they get the best care. I would love the opportunity to take care of your dog next! My schedule is very flexible during the week allowing me to offer pet care. Most days are free and I am always around to help! About: I trained my dog to heel, sit and a decent recall AF before the age of one. With my military background I can offer sternness with adequate fun for any pup or dog. I love training and I love animals. I will care for the pup as if it were my own. I currently work with the military Monday through Thursday and would love to walk dogs either after shift and any time on Friday, Saturday and Sundays. I can offer to watch dogs at my clients house and or take dogs to a local park with enclosed spaces to ensure safety and to ensure exercise before returning them to their owner.
