“We had been looking for a Rover sitter who we can leave our 6 year old “designer-bred” Schnoodle Archie and have piece of mind. We were booked for a 7-day Princess cruise and we were prepared to cancel our vacation if we can find someone that are completely comfortable with. Luckily, we found Stephanie Anne at the last minute. The meet and greet showed us how selective she was to make sure Archie will adjusts and will get alone with the select group of small dogs with her. She let out just one dog at a time and observed the chemistry with our Archie. There were about 6 small dogs - Stephanie Anne told us their unique personalities. She is clearly has the experience we are looking for. During our 7-day vacation, Stephanie Anne sent daily written updates, stories and many photos that captured the special moments of that day. Stephanie Anne met and exceeded our expectations - Archie was safe, met and enjoyed new friends, and Stephanie Anne carried out all our instructions. We finally found Archie a vacation home away from home. Highly recommended. Will will re-book for our next vacation in December.”

“Our Luna had a great visit with Vickie & Heath! She got to play with three dog friends, run on the big yard and had company and love all day long! She is looking forward to her next visit when we enjoy our next vacation!”

“Chastidy is literally an angel. She took such good care of my boy I’m not sure he even wanted to leave! I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for Kobe! It was my first time leaving him and she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and let me know he was okay the whole time! So happy with her!! 🤎”

“Gerry is the best. We just left our puppy with her for his first overnight stay and he was received with lots of love and attention. Would definitely recommend Gerry to others.”

“My dog’s stay with Teresa and her family went perfectly. I was nervous dropping him off due to him having a medical issue a few days prior to drop off. Teresa was well informed about his condition and did everything to keep me at ease by providing regular updates and photos. He came home a very happy, healthy and tired pup. I can’t recommend Teresa highly enough.”

“A great overall experience for our Charley! John kept us updated on all the activities of the day and you could tell from the photos that Charley was enjoying his visit. I especially appreciate the extra cuddling given to him during the scary thunderstorm!”

“Amber took extremely good care of our fur baby. She kept us updated throughout her stay and sent pictures with the updates. She made sure to follow our feeding and medication schedules and was flexible when we needed to make changes. She promptly alerted us to any issues that arose and handled them perfectly. She's a kind, loving fur parent and extends all of that to her boarders. We're looking forward to booking Amber again when the need arises.”

“Jenny was wonderful with my dog Coco. This is the second time she’s taken care of him, and every time I pick him up, he’s happy and relaxed. She always sends me pictures, which gives me so much peace of mind while I’m away. It really feels like Coco is at home with her, and that means everything to me. I truly appreciate the care and attention she gives him.”

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
