About: I have taken care of animals for a job (specifically dogs) since I was 14 years old. I have had multiple dogs throughout my life with my family, and we have fostered senior dogs all the way to puppies. I have had time in shelters with dogs as well. I have experience with simple “check ins”, to swimming with dogs, taking them on a short walk all the way to multi mile hikes, and also staying overnight/full time at the house with them. I have experience giving medication as well, and following strict diet orders. You name it - I have experience! I am currently working part time, mostly in evenings, with a short hourly schedule - so lots of time (especially in mornings and days) to hang with the dogs! I I think that dogs and pets are our family. They should be treated with respect, love, and kindness. Whatever their needs may be - I am all for making them comfortable and feeling loved. I am comfortable with dogs sleeping in human bed, dog bed, or crate.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for 13 years and have 2 dogs of my own. I’ve rescued stray dogs off the street before and put them in a safe environment. I was once very active in helping animal shelter. A close friend of mine is a Veterinarian and had asked me to dog sit for her when she traveled, it was a pleasure to handle 5 dogs at a time at her house. I enjoy taking walks in nature with dogs. I have plenty of time to play with your dog and take them on walks. My schedule is open daily and weekly routine as well once established. I love to give dog treats and play ball with them. I’m available for boarding on weekends, and weekdays after 2pm I live in a nice neighborhood with a big yard, good for walks and play time. Although it is not fenced in, they are always closely watched. Of course, will use a leash when necessary or if you’re more comfortable with that. I also have a sweet 2 year old labradoodle and she loves to play with friends!

He made sure the plan for Lem was super clear beforehand, which I especially appreciated since the schedule I gave him to complement my friend's visit schedule was not perfectly regular, and he didn't miss a visit! He also had to deal with a terrible cold spell, but when he couldn't walk Lemon for more than 5 minutes at a time (about all she can tolerate when it's that cold), he took her for two short walks to make sure she did all her business and then played ball with her in the house. We came home to a dog who, while happy to see us, was clearly doing just fine without us, which is all I can ask for :)”
