Every booking includes morning and evening updates with photos, so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for. I have hands-on experience caring for multiple pets at once, including dogs with different personalities, energy levels, and routines. My responsibilities have included feeding, walking, exercise, playtime, and ensuring each pet receives the individual attention they need. I've cared for family pets, friends' dogs, and pets with unique care requirements. In addition to dogs, I have experience caring for other animals such as lizards and fish, which has taught me the importance of following care instructions carefully and maintaining consistent routines. As a college student with a flexible schedule, I'm often available for daytime walks, drop-in visits, and extended companionship during house-sitting stays. I'm currently a full-time college student with a flexible schedule, which allows me to provide pet care throughout the week, including weekdays, weekends, and varying times of day. This flexibility helps me accommodate your pet's routine and provide consistent care while you're away. Because of my flexible schedule, I'm often able to spend more time with pets throughout the day than sitters who work traditional 9–5 jobs, helping them receive more companionship, exercise, and attention. I prioritize safety, trust, and a comfortable environment in every pet-sitting experience. Since I care for pets in their own home, I respect your space and maintain your pet's normal routine so they feel secure and comfortable while you're away. During walks, your pet's safety is my top priority. I use secure leashing, stay aware of our surroundings, and avoid potentially unsafe situations such as busy roads or unfamiliar dogs. I take the time to understand each pet's behavior, personality, and comfort level to ensure safe and enjoyable walks.

“Colleen was wonderful with Jet. She arrived at the appointed time, took him out for two short walks (he doesn't walk for long periods because he's old and arthritic). She carried him up and down the steps. She left me pictures and a video of his walk. She gave Jet lots of love and provided me with a very complete description of the entire visit (including a report of "pees" and "poop" status), and she notified me of her departure time. I couldn't have been more pleased.”

About: I have had a love for pets since I was a child. I have a deep empathy for them and I enjoy getting to know each pet’s personality, each has their own quirks and I love that. Makes each pet unique. I’m currently working full time Tuesday’s through Thursday’s (6am - 5pm.) I am more open to availability of late drop-in visits & walks in the evenings. I have two dogs at my home so I’m no stranger to managing multiple dogs at once. I can easily crate your dog if needed and offer to keep up with their training if that’s something you may be interested in.

About: I’m very good at following owner instructions and very timely, ensuring promptness. I’ve looked over dogs from ages 2-15, so I am able to handle young pups and sweet senior dogs! While I’m active and able to keep up with high energy dogs, I have great experience with anxious dogs as well. I also have great experience with friendly, younger pups. I’ve taken care of my boyfriend-of-3 years’ dogs(4 of them!), as well as dog-sat throughout high school. I just graduated from William & Mary and starting a full-time job in August, so for the next three months, I have nearly full availability! Aside from a pre-planned trip in late July and plans during the July 4th weekend, I am free for dog walking, dog visits, and dog sitting! I am extremely aware of pet and owner needs. About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and have experience with both puppies and adult dogs. My family has had four dogs in the past 11 years, and I’ve helped take care of, train, and walk all of them. Because I love animals so much, friends and family have trusted me to pet-sit since I was 11. I know how to handle different ages and personalities, so whether it’s keeping up with an energetic puppy or making sure an older dog is comfortable, I’ve got it covered! I’m working part time as a server on weekends so my availability will be Monday-thursday’s and i am also a college student so mondays and wednesdays would be a later schedule. I make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved. Whether in my home or a someone else’s, I follow their usual routine, give them plenty of attention, and make sure they get exercise, playtime, and any needed care. I also keep owners updated.
