I stay at home full time with my kids, so can be flexible to your weekday schedule. While you’re at work I can make sure your pet gets their walks throughout the day, bathroom breaks, and timely medications, etc.

Let me know if your dog has any potential needs that I could accommodate. I prefer dogs that are comfortable being around well-behaved children, but this can absolutely be discussed.
A typical day
While of course I can tailor requests to your pet, I enjoy making sure my dog gets an early morning bathroom break, breakfast, and then a longer relaxing walk afterwards. Bathroom breaks as often as she needs! We can usually be found playing games and fetch outside in the afternoon.

Pet care experience
I’ve always been involved with caring for animals in some way. I’ve personally had my own cats, dogs, and other small animals as well as experience on a farm. I’m happy to stop by and make sure your animals are cared for just as well as if they were my own! I’ve gone through every season of pet care from potty and leash training, to round-the-clock medication schedules for aging pets and pretty much everything in between.

Kara has been caring for pets for more than 15 years. She has extensive experience with dogs and cats. Many of these pets have special medical and nutrition needs which she oversees well. She manages multiple dogs on walks easily and her gentle, patient spirit makes her an excellent caregiver. Kara is able to make and keep schedules as well as implement special instructions easily. Her good communication skills keep you in the loop at all times, and her follow through is excellent. She is extremely capable!
