About: I am 32 years old and live in Huger SC. I grew up on a farm in upstate New York, so I have spent a lot of time with animals growing up. I have been dog/cat sitting on Rover for 8 years and have loved every second of it. We have a dog at home, so I have recently changed my profile so please be aware we do have a dog in our home! She is very friendly and loves other dogs. I work on daniel Island so I am available to do drop ins during the day anywhere near there. I love taking dogs on walks after work, or on my breaks and my husband is an avid athlete who can take the dogs on runs as well. We have a fenced in backyard for easy and safe playtime. Can get a great amount of outdoor time if you pup prefers. We have a pet friendly home- where they are allowed on furniture if you say so!

About: I’ve cared for animals my whole life. Ive had my own dog since I was a child, I worked at a boarding kennel (cats and dogs) on and off as a teenager. I love all animals and have experience with just about every pet there is! I have a part-time job, but am looking to do services/animal care in addition to that. Any sitting for odd hours or holidays are perfect! I have two cats that are very friendly and a dog as well. I am definitely willing to care for a clients furbaby in their home if that is what is most comfortable/convenient!

About: I have been a Kennel technician for 3 years. and have worked on a farm my whole life. I currently work at an animal shelter. I have experience working with cats and dogs, big or small. young or old I can work with them all. I'm currently in school to earn my degree in behavior and health. I work part-time at the shelter on Saturdays and Sundays, 8 am to 6:30 pm. However, I am home the rest of the week, focusing on school. I have 3 cats and one dog of my own. My cats are spoiled and have their own room, so if I watch cats in my house, they will have their own safe place. My dog is super dog-friendly and loves to go on outdoor adventures. I am very into working with dogs and love to get them exercised.

About: I've been working in the pet care industry since I was 20. Ive been a dog groomer for over 5 years and I focus a lot of my free time on dog sports and training classes with my own poodle. I'm currently self employed and have full availability to care for animals. I work as a fiber artist and I'm looking for more reasons to get outside. I care for pets the way I hope mine are cared for. I'm huge on taking photos and videos to send to you for reassurance. I'm very strict on following rules, medication guidelines, and feeding. Ive been handling animals professionally for many years and I deeply understand the importance of following the guidelines set out by an animals primary caregiver.

About: I have always loved pet sitting since I was a teen. I also have experience pet sitting special needs cats and dogs and also horses and other barn yard pets. I love being surrounded by animals and have so much passion for them. I do work Mon-Thurs in mount Pleasant but have time in the mornings, on my lunch breaks and after work to take care of your pets. About: I've lived with dogs my whole life! I have a dog of my own who would love some friends! I don't have a breed preference at all. I love all fur babies. I, personally, have five year old pitbull boxer mix. I'd love to love on your little fur babies while you’re away. Any chance to be around dogs is a good time for me. I hope I can get to see you and your adorable pup sometime soon! I work from home so I am constantly taking my fur baby out to play in our huge yard and out on walks around the complex as well. I’d love for your pup to join! I have a friendly pup to keep yours company, my dog has a crate as well if ever necessary while staying over at my apartment, and I always keep a watchful eye while going anywhere or even at home. Safety is key with my dog as well as for any pup I watch.

About: Update: Back at it in September 2026 after a couple years learning to become a vet tech! Now 2 years experience in 2 different clinics (Foxbank and Cainhoy) plus working with a dog trainer/boarder/day camp host (Pete’s Pack Walks). Between the 2 I’ve learned a ton about dog health and behavior. With 20+ years of total experience, I have seen and done it all when it comes to dog sitting. My specialty is anxious/aggressive dogs, but I also have experience with puppies from 24 hour care post-birth to training, kennel dogs (show dogs in need of socialization & volunteer work), senior dogs, and medical issues. Since relocating from Boston, I completed all the dog handling trainings via the Charleston Animal Society and am in the process of becoming first aid/emergency certified for dogs :) I live in an apartment with my service dog: she gets along with all dogs and has been used by my friends to help train their dogs. If your dog likes dogs I’m happy to bring her, if not it is no problem. My routine is 90% pet care between caring for my own and helping friends watch theirs, studying to be a Veterinary Technician, volunteering at the Charleston Animal Society, and helping consult my friend’s dog training/camp business which has 20+ dogs in attendance for morning camp I help with - I’ve learned a lot about dog behavior. I ALWAYS prioritize and give my full attention to any dog in my care. I have a ton of space for dogs to play and the sweetest dog ever if your dog prefers company, or she can stay home/with a neighbor if your dog doesn’t like others. I live by my mother’s mantra to always leave a home cleaner than I found it :) I never lose sight of the dogs in my care to ensure they do not get into anything unsafe and have been trained in dog handling/training.

About: I grew up with pets my whole life and have helped care for them in all ways including bathing, walks, medication distribution, nail trimming, and feeding. I have pet sat for loved ones, staying overnight. I have experience with puppies and senior dogs, as well as large, medium, and small dogs! I will love your furry friend as if they’re my own! Pet care fits into my daily schedule as I have my own cat I take care of. I feed her every morning, play with her, give her flea medicine monthly, and scoop her litter daily. I also live with my childhood dog who is now a senior pup. I give her medicine, treats, keep track of her protein intake, walk her and make sure her water and food bowl is full. I care for pets in a loving way, being gentle with them and respecting all boundaries and reading their body language. I will ensure each and every pet has all their needs met and will give them lots of pets in between! I will respect the clients space and keep them updated on their pet throughout the time of service!

About: When I was 10 I got my own puppy, trained her, took her for walks, fed her and have ever since. I currently have a roommate who has a chocolate lab and since I work remote I feed her a meal a day and take her for walks. She is very high energy so I am used to calm and more energized dogs. I work remote so I am able to go to clients house and sit with dogs or just take a lunch break to walk dogs I am happy to take dogs for walks and backyard playtime. I am available to also feed dogs there meals and stay with them while you are on vacation. I have experience with senior dogs and high energy puppies. My roomate currently has a 1 year old chocolate lab and when I lived in Georgia I used to dog sit for 2 dogs around 10 years old dog years.

About: I’ve taken care of many kinds of dogs ever since I was 14. My neighbors, friends, and roommates have relied on me to take them on walks, feed them, and play with them. At my previous job I trained border collies and as well as some dogs at home. I’m currently full time, but I have a set morning and night schedule that I can easily work around to be able to care for your pets! I am also free to stay overnight as well. While I cannot offer to care for your pets in my home, I can easily care for them at your home by allowing them to see that I am a safe and friendly person. Each pet is differently and so I like to let them decide if they trust me and to read and determine what their behavior means. You know your pets best and I will make sure to adapt to the training you have set in place!

I have two gorgeous cats Endora & Dave so I do get my fill of kitty love thankfully. What i can offer you. I know you want them to be loved like if you were home. They will be. I will respect your home. I will listen to your needs of your animal. They will be paid attention to & played with. If you care enough to hire a sitter i know the importance of that soul in your life & Ill treat it accordingly. You have my word. Im involved in the arts so I have an open schedule. I'm mostly a homebody if not being creative or caring for your beautiful animals. About: I’ve been around cats and dogs my entire life. From a young age I was taught how to care for dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes. I grew up with two large labs (Rudy & Norman) and now care for a little rescue mut named Gilligan! I also had two pet cats (Amy & Shiloh) who I cared for growing up.
