When caring for pets in my home, I focus on creating a safe, calm, and structured environment. I’m very experienced in managing different personalities, energy levels, and routines. I follow each pet’s normal schedule as closely as possible—including feeding times, potty breaks, walks, medications (if needed), and sleep routines—to help them feel comfortable and secure. I also make sure they get plenty of supervised playtime, enrichment, and one-on-one attention. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize keeping their routine consistent to reduce stress while you’re away. Whether it’s drop-in visits, walks, or overnight stays, I make sure your pet is fed on schedule, exercised appropriately, and given lots of affection and engagement. About: I am 32 years old and live in Huger SC. I grew up on a farm in upstate New York, so I have spent a lot of time with animals growing up. I have been dog/cat sitting on Rover for 8 years and have loved every second of it. We have a dog at home, so I have recently changed my profile so please be aware we do have a dog in our home! She is very friendly and loves other dogs. I work on daniel Island so I am available to do drop ins during the day anywhere near there. I love taking dogs on walks after work, or on my breaks and my husband is an avid athlete who can take the dogs on runs as well. We have a fenced in backyard for easy and safe playtime. Can get a great amount of outdoor time if you pup prefers. We have a pet friendly home- where they are allowed on furniture if you say so!

About: I have taken care of pets, walking, feeding, etc. since I was 12 years old. Not just dogs and cats, but also reptiles and amphibians. I am available before school (I’m a high school teacher) 6am - 7 am and after work, depending on location from 5 - 9 pm. I currently do not offer care for pets in my own home, however I am able to spend as much time as needed with your pet to make them comfortable while you are away.

About: I worked as a veterinary technician for two years, and as an adoption counselor at SPCA. I have also cared for four dogs of my own, but do not currently have any pets. Please reach out to me if you have any concerns! I recently lost my dog (November 2022) and am very used to a pet care routine! Just let me know what your particular animal needs or is used to and I can make it happen. I do not have any pets of my own, so I can dedicate my time and energy to your pet. I do not have a yard but there is plenty of green space around my apartment to walk and play with your pet.
