Atxiri arrived early and Freya was comfortable with her in just a few minutes as she took the time to sit on the floor with her and let Freya approach at her own pace. She was very responsive via text and sent me lots of fun photos. Additionally, I asked her to keep an eye on a potential cough Freya was experiencing and she provided me with detailed feedback when I returned home. About: I have taken care of my own dog since I was 6 and have experience cat sitting for family friends. I have also been around a wide variety of pets- from a very talkative parrot to an energetic ferret! I genuinely love getting to know new animals and making sure that they feel completely relaxed and comfortable with me. My top priority is to keep your pet(s) happy and well-loved until you return. I recently graduated from Penn State and am currently working part-time as a Behavior Therapist for children with autism. After returning home from college, I said goodbye to my childhood dog of 16 years. It would mean so much to me to share the love I had for my own pup with your pet(s). Whether it’s playtime, walks, feedings, or just relaxing company, I would love to make sure your pet(s) feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you're away. I live in an apartment building, which is where my dog grew up. He started out sleeping in a crate while he was being potty-trained. As he got older, he had to rely on me and my family to carry him up and down the stairs, push him in his stroller when he could no longer walk on his own, and help him take his medications. I understand that caring for animals with different qualities of life requires adjusting to their needs, and I plan to do just that for you and your pets.
