“Vera is wonderful! We needed someone to check on our 3 kitties super last minute while we were away because the house got too hot & we were worried about them overheating. She was super accommodating and the cats all loved her, even our oldest who is terrified of strangers. We now knows who we’ll ask to check in on them on future trips. Thanks so much Vera!”

“I’m glad we hired Maddie to take care of our cat Cannoli while we were away. She was punctual each day and spent plenty of time with her. My cat has only accepted 2 other people prior to this but she felt comfortable with Maddie and let her pet/interact with her too. Maddie is very polite, loves animals and responded to my texts in a timely manner. She kept an eye on the house while we were gone and took good care of my plants as well. I highly recommend Maddie to care for your pets!”

“Erika took care of our two cats (and our tortoise) for over a week! She was prompt, responsive, and we loved the adorable pictures she sent us every day. Our kitties got plenty of love while we were gone! I would love to have her come back in the future when we travel.”

“Keleigh is outstanding. Our cat has a medical condition and requires medicine twice a day. Our cat also likes lots of attention. Keleigh stayed at our house while we were away and took great care of our cat and house. When we returned home our cat was very happy, which is a clear sign that he got good care. If he didn't like his care, he would have definitely let us know. Keleigh sent us regular updates about our cat while we were away. We will be happy her to request her cat sitting services again when we are traveling. We highly recommend her.”

“Steph is absolutely amazing! She made us feel so comfortable with leaving our angel Nova in her care. She’s super thorough and sent us pictures/updates during her visits! Thanks so much Steph. We appreciate you”

About: I have had pets; mainly dogs my whole life. It’s so important to give them attention, play with them and to walk them on a consistent basis for them to be happy. I have done this for numerous people over the past 5 years I currently am looking to care for dogs and to walk dogs to supplement my income. I am very ambitious and love being outdoors walking my own dogs; it’s vital for them to get that exercise daily! I have two high energy dogs that are very friendly and playful; they would love to share their happiness and walks with other dogs! I have administered medications and often gives bathes after walks- especially after they roll in something on the walk or run thru mud.

About: I am a semi retired veterinary assistant with nearly 20 years professional experience and a passion for caring for animals. As a life long pet owner myself, I know how hard and stressful it can be to leave your pets at home. I appreciate and respect the trust that every owner puts in me when they contact me to care for their animal. I can give medications if needed, including injections. Also have worked in shelters and volunteer at rescues. I have taken care of senior dogs and cats. Feeding, walking, playing or if they have any special needs is not a problem. I have a flexible schedule and open to working with you to arrange drop in visits. Mid morning through later afternoons are open for me. If you need another time, just let me know. Whatever your pets need is fine with me. Whether they want to play, walk or just hang out. If they are a little shy and need time to get used to me is fine. I will take my time to learn what they need and adapt to them. The goal is always to keep them as stress free as possible

“I am so happy I found Jenna! She did an amazing job looking after my kitty, so I was able to enjoy my holiday without worrying. She even did things I didn’t ask her to do, such as watering my plants. It was great to come home and find my pet happy and healthy and everything in good order. Highly recommended!!”

I am available Fridays and most weekends. I work Monday- Thursday, and then Saturdays. I can fit in nightly feedings or walks most of the time! About: Began dog walking service when I was a kid. Been talking care of a dog baby of my own for 6 years now. I like to let dogs explore and be animals. I'm not a good dog walker for you if you have them so trained that you have erased their sense of wonder. I take my dog running everyday because that's what dogs need and deserve. I love dogs more than anything and will love yours too. I take my dog to a nearby field to let her run off leash, so I am comfortable taking your dog off leash if you would like that! I am happy to dog sit small dogs in my home and sit any size dogs at your home. Look forward to meeting you! I am a hybrid-remote worker with free time throughout the week and weekends to care for your pup. Happy to help and get some fresh air! I have been a dog walker in the past. Can provide a reference if needed. I am very clean and will wipe your dogs paws and dry their fur so as not to wreck your home in rainy weather and winter months.

About: I have been in the veterinary field for the last 30 years. I loved animals from the minute I knew they existed which led me into the veterinary field. I have taken care of the sickest of patients and been apart of the most severe emergencies. I am capable of CPR, knowing what to do and where to go in case of an emergency and I can help with any medical management needs your pet may have such as medication administration, injections etc. I can handle most pets and some farm animals. I’m looking to work for myself and create some more freedom in my life. My oldest son is going to college this year and I will have my two middle school aged boys at home. I strive to to just become your pet’s friend, I want them to love me and feel comfortable with me… I have private liability insurance and will follow whatever instructions are asked of me.

“Mair took great care of our cats, Matilda and Chips, while we were out of town. They’re usually scared and will hide when company is over but Mair had them out and playing from her first visit. About: Hi there! My name is Samantha, I’m 28 and I have 8 years of experience in dog walking, pettsitting and taking care of pets as if they were my own. My love of animals started with my family’s dogs Lucky (a german shepherd/labrador mix), Muffin (a pekingese/poodle mix) and Spot (a german shorthaired pointer mix) and from there it grew to caring for animals other than just my own. I went to a vocational and agriculture based high school where being around animals was part of the curriculum. I also worked as a kennel assistant after school for my local veterinarian. I love animals of all kinds and am comfortable caring for dogs of all sizes, breeds and ages. Fur members are just as important as any other members of the family and I’d love to get to know yours!

Amanda S.
“I have had Amanda walk my dogs for many years. They just love seeing her pull in the driveway. She takes them for long walks, by rivers where they can swim when it's warm outside so they can swim. When they get muddy or roll in something and get stinky or dirty she gives them a bath after returning them. Which I love. They smell clean and are fresh”

Anne S.
“There is no one that I trust with my cats more than Anne! She has watched them for me multiple times before and has been excellent every time. She is extremely knowledgeable and attentive, always paying attention to not just my cats' physical needs but their emotional states as well. Changes in routine can be stressful for furbabies and Anne always seems to know when to give space or when to draw them out with some play. I know she has worked with animals for years now which is an extra layer of reassurance when I have to be away from them. She is always punctual and considerate of my time and home. Very easy to work with, no drama, just respect and love for animals. Thank you, Anne!”

TIERNA D.

“Tierna provided excellent care for my two cats and provided lots of photos & very funny updates while they boarded with her. Will definitely re-book with her!”

Phoebe O.
“I spent last weekend with Phoebe and her dog, Sadie. We went for a nice walk through some of Boston's green space and wound up in a dog park. It was really beautiful to see such a loving relationship. I've heard about Sadie a lot ,of course, but to see them play together is a real testament to the deep bond. I know Phoebe takes Sadie's care seriously and that it forms one of the most mutually beneficial connections between human and canine I've witnessed. It reminds me of the sort of inseparable friendship between my uncle and his late dog, Boomer. What a joy to see, and so rare. Please do hire Phoebe—other dogs deserve that much love.”
