She has been chased by small and big dogs and never became scared or aggressive as they were simply overstimulated and were not allowed to even reach her. Veronica did a great job taking care of Grushenka again! She also really went the extra mile to help out when water was leaking into the apartment from various spots and the complex wasn’t responding to it. She didn’t have to take the extra time and effort to do that and it is extremely appreciated!
Laura provided excellent service and communication regarding our cats while we were gone for 9 days. My 2 senior cats need daily medication (oral pills and topical cream) and Laura was comfortable with this situation. When we booked our vacation, months ago, they didn't need any medication, so finding the right sitter leading up to our time away was stressful for me, but Laura was great and helped me feel more at ease while on our big family vacation. It turned out that one of my cats would hide with each visit, which I'm sure was annoying to manage, but Laura stuck with it. We can't thank her enough for caring for our aging cats!
Laura dropped in and fed and cared for our three cats for five days and did a wonderful job. She made sure to send pics of the cats, including the one who always hid (when she could find her!) She clearly knows a lot about cats and I know she is a dog owner as well. We would use her again in a heartbeat.
