“We were very nervous about our pups first doggy daycare experience. Arlissa took him in and he had an absolute blast. We we be using her again for our daycare and boarding needs!”

“Tim and Kasia were amazing with our Oliver! We were nervous to leave him for the first time since adopting him, he’s goes to work with us every day and he rides with us nearly everywhere but our daughters play sports and we have long weekend days away from home. They sent videos of him running around with the other dogs playing and having a blast, which was great to see because he’s a total couch potato at home. When my husband picked him up he acted like he didn’t want to leave which is out of character for Oliver because he’s usually glued to us 24/7! He loved being there and they will be our first choice whenever we need care for Oliver.”

“My shy pup had such an amazing time at Abigail's! He's always so eager to come home and see me arrive, but when I came to pick him up from Abgails, he wasn't ready to leave! About: I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes, from a 15lbs mini golden to a 130lbs mastiff. I love taking long walks no matter the weather (as long the dog is comfortable!) and have experience with senior dogs who require a lot of love and attention, and sometimes lots of medication. If your pet had specific needs, I can certainly make sure they’re taken care of the best way they can be! I have similar experience with cats, caring for teething kittens and senior cats who need extra attention. I love cats, but I understand sometimes they take longer to warm up. I don’t mind just hanging around until they feel comfortable enough to come up to me themselves. My number one priority is making sure your pet is comfortable and cared for. I’m a full time college student who’s lived in the Dayton area my whole life, allowing me to watch pets in the area year round (I’m a rising senior at the University of Dayton). I currently have an online internship, but it’s unpaid and I don’t get a lot of work to do. I have lots of time to devote to taking care of your critters. I’m willing to stay with pets for as long as they need, whether that means overnight or just some company during the day. I’m patient with pets that are wary of strangers; I do what I can to respect their boundaries. I will always wait until they’re comfortable enough to come up to me. I have a dog at home who is very nervous around new people. Because she’s so big we have to be very careful of how we introduce her to people. She’s a high maintenance lady, that’s for sure! But she loves just having company, and I know that many pets just want to have someone to be around.

“Andre is very convenient and accommodating. He was able to take our dog at what was practically last minute and did a fantastic job. He sent updates to us almost on the hour every hour via photos and videos. He was a very pleasant personality and I will definitely be using his services again. He’s also one of a kind in the Beavercreek area.”

“Loree and Jeff were great with my German Shepard! I cannot say enough good things about this couple. My boy received plenty of exercise (playing ball and walking) which he needs every day. He came home tired every day which to me is a sign of an awesome day for my boy. He also received snuggles and love as well. Communication was excellent via text and several photos were provided every day. Five star rating--that's for sure.”

About: 🐾I've been a pet lover since I was a kid. Growing up, our home was filled with all kinds of animals—dogs, cats, hamsters, and more. I always thought I’d become a vet someday, and that deep love for animals has never left. 🐾One of my most meaningful experiences was raising my dog from a bottle-fed puppy to her very last breath as a senior. I personally trained her, cared for her through all life stages, and learned so much about what animals need at every age. That kind of hands-on care and long-term bond is something I carry with every pet I look after. 🐾Whether it’s young pets that need play and structure or seniors who need patience and comfort, I show up with warmth, attention, and respect. 🐾If you are seeking boarding of any animal, other than a dog or cat, book the animal(s) as "cat". Then, message me with the animal(s) details and I will adjust your booking rates accordingly. 🐾I will offer extended stay and multi-pet discounts. I can modify the booking rate to reflect those offers. 🐾Boarding for: cats, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, rats, mice, birds, fish, most reptiles, amphibians. Don't see your animal listed? Message me 🐾We do have a specific outdoor area for bunnies and other small creatures to play in a few times a day. The outdoor area is sprinkled with microgreens for fresh critter nibbles. 🐾Family-based care for pets BEYOND dogs Our family does life at home, so I'm around throughout the day and week. That makes pet care a natural part of my routine. Your pet won’t be left alone for long stretches, and you can count on consistency and attention. I offer pet care in our home only, meaning that I don't currently offer pet care at your house. We have a fully fenced yard for outside time, and a calm, clean space inside. I'm happy to care for cats (indoor or outdoor), other small animals like rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, fish, birds, amphibians and most reptiles. I am selective on offering dog boarding care and doggie day care services in our home. If you have an exceptional dog that is well-mannered, potty trained, and doesn't smell or shed much I can be persuaded to offer you dog boarding/dog daycare. I treat your pet like my own, and my goal is to make them feel safe and comfortable while you're away.

“Jillian was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to take care of our puppy and gave her so much love and attention. She sent us pics and videos throughout the day and even got her to go potty outside for the first time!”

“Highly recommend Daphne. It was the first time leaving our puppy and Daphne and her family were great and so welcoming from the meet and greet to final pick up. Daphne sent pics and videos throughout the day and our puppy was clearly happy and being well cared for. All aspects of our experience 5 stars!!”

“Deborah came to our rescue at the last minute. We weren’t sure about leaving Charlie with a stranger, but after meeting Deborah we knew we could relax. We will gladly use her again.”

About: I’ve been taking care of animals my whole life. From routinely cat-sitting for neighbors starting at the age of 8, to volunteering at an animal rescue in high school, and recently working at a local vet as an assistant and administrative assistant, animals have always been my kindred spirits. I love meeting new furry friends and have always felt a close connection to them. I am currently available anytime due to my summer schedule as a teacher and love to be outside, so I’m here to meet the needs of you and your family. I currently live in an apartment with wonderful grounds for walking and have have a Jack Russell terrier mix and tortoiseshell cat. My animals will keep yours company if you decide to stay, and I truly enjoy taking long walks myself daily and being outside if you’re looking for more short-term care at your home.

About: Hi, I’m Trina. I’m someone who leads with compassion — especially when it comes to animals. I’ve been helping rescue and care for them since I was 13, and I still feel just as passionate now as I did when I walked into my first shelter. Whether it’s dogs, cats, rats, or any animal in need, I’m always ready to show up. I currently volunteer with my local Humane Society and have hands-on experience with everything from fostering and bottle-feeding to behavioral support. I’ve helped scared, sick, and overlooked animals feel safe and loved again — and there’s nothing more fulfilling to me. I’ve also been vegan since I was 13 because I believe in kindness toward all animals, not just the ones we share our homes with. My approach is calm, patient, and respectful. I know that trust takes time, and I never take that for granted. I’m new here and just getting started, but I’d truly love the chance to turn this kind of work into my full-time job. It would mean the world to me to earn your trust and be given opportunities to grow, help, and show what I can do. If you’re looking for someone who brings heart, care, and consistency — I’d be honored to work with you. I am hoping for so this full time! As of right now I have a job 9-5 most days! Except Sunday and Monday I’m off! If I can start doing this full time, I would available all days! 7 days a week, anytime between 7am-10pm. Let’s talk about how I can help you. I provide a calm, secure space, follow routines closely, give constant supervision, and treat every pet like my own—with patience, respect, and love. I take my job very seriously and handle with so much love and care.

About: I've been around pets for my entire life and started taking part in caring for them around the age of 8. I always love to be around pets and give them the attention they love. I knew that one of the first things I wanted to do as soon as I moved out of my mom's house was get my own dog. I also recently got back from an overseas deployment and got my dog shortly after returning. I bring up the deployment because I feel that I went through a lot of personal growth and maturity, and patience. All those things were just encouraging me more towards having my own dog. And shortly after I got back, I rescued my dog from a shelter, and she's been my baby and best friend all in one! She's a sweetheart now and very playful, however it did take some time to retrain her since she was over a year old and used to shelters. So, we showed her some extra love and backwards training, but she gotten used to a routine now and she's doing great! It took a lot of patience and attention, but it was all worth it and I'd do it again! I recently got back from deployment, so I'm still job searching and I figured this was a good start. I have a mostly open schedule aside from Army drill weekends and searching for a part-time job. Other than that, I think I could fit pet care into my routine perfectly. I have a nice open apartment with plenty of room to play inside. I have my fur baby that loves to play with other dogs. There's also a small dog park within walking distance that I take my dog to at least once a day. The apartment complex area that we live in also has a lot of distance to have some long walks around.

About: Hi! Meet us, Rebecca and Ethan 😁 We love pets! Ethan grew up with several dogs, ranging from puppies to older dogs. Our family loved an Aussie of our own for several years. Unfortunately she passed on a few years ago. We aren’t ready to have another dog yet, so we truly love taking care of our friends and family’s dogs! Rebecca is a stay at home mom with complete flexibility in her schedule. Ethan works from home and loves taking pups for walks and even on his daily runs if the dog is up for it! We live in a very safe neighborhood that is great for walking dogs! We have a fenced in back yard, and room in our home for your dog! We have a cat who honestly stays clear of dogs when we have them staying with us. We have three kids who love having dog friends come to our house!

“Tara watched our little zoo (2 cats, a rabbit, and our daughter’s axolotl for 3 weeks while we were in Europe, and I gotta say it was a great setup for us. She's super down to earth, really easy to work with, and totally understood our concerns about being gone that long. She even worked with us on the price since it was a longer stay, which we really appreciated. We’ve always heard that cats don’t do well outside their home, but honestly, ours were totally chill at Tara’s place. Her house is clean, calm, and her kids were good with the animals too.
