“Chelsea was amazing!!!! She was flexible when we needed to change times due to the event we were going to and she was incredibly communicative; letting us know how everything was going and keeping us updated! She took both our older dog and my parent’s dog, a puppy, for the day and managed both beautifully!! Would 100% recommend her services and use again ourselves in the future if we were back in the area!!!”

Colleen M.

“After years of being a sitter on Rover, and having countless sitters on Rover, I have to admit that Colleen is the absolute best dog sitter we've ever encountered. Our Dane was with Colleen for only a few hours, and the photos we got made our hearts swell! Colleen had her swimming (even though she has never wanted to get past her ankles in water before, and romping around with so many other dogs. Our dog had the best day ever, and you could tell Colleen had the most loving disposition, helping her break out of her shell. I highly recommend Colleen for all of your dog sitting needs!”

About: I've been in contact with dogs as long as I've been walking and talking. My parents always had a pack of 4 running around the house and my brothers and I were frequently helping out with feeding, walking, etc. i used to spend a lot of my weekends with my mom’s poodle trimming his unruly coat! I also have owned rats, fish and cats, and am comfortable caring for them, as well as birds. Just let me know if you have a smaller critter that needs some care! Now that I'm grown and in my own space, I have a pup of my own. I also have experience with reactive dogs, as my late mastiff mix came into my care with an extreme case of stranger reactivity that I managed. So if your pup is timid or shy, I will for sure still take them on and give them the best experience catering to their specific fears. I know owning a reactive dog can be isolating and stressful. Let me take some of that stress away by being understanding of your pups and their needs! I’m more than happy to arrange meet and greets to discuss fido’s specific needs, and let them get used to my presence. Understanding and listening is important in managing reactivity, and I’m more than happy to be that person! I clicker train my dog, Artemis, my service dog prospect, and have mini training sessions everyday with her. I'm more than happy to include your dog if you let me know what you'd like to work on. I currently live with a roommate in Lisbon, and have a large backyard for pups to run around. There is a huge run that allows safe access to the entire yard so you can be sure your fur kiddo will be safe in my care.

Neila C.

About: As an energy worker in the field of the healing arts, I have a strong connection with animals. They are our allies, healers, teachers, and beloved family. I have always had multiple pets living in my home at any given time since birth so I always love animals around me. As an animal and plant person by Nature, I “speak their language” and make it a priority and joy to tune in with their needs and just be together, sharing space and enjoying life in any given moment. When at home I am quiet, peaceful, tidy and neat. I believe that being a strong loving presence wherever we are is our purpose in Life and I appreciate to always leave the spaces I visit better than I found it. Your pets and home will be well taken care of, at ease, and loved with me by the grace of God. I have somewhat of a green thumb (I have been studying, learning, and practicing year by year) and am an aspiring herb & food grower, forager, folk herbalist, and novice yet passionate baker. I have some homestead experience (horses, chickens, gardens, willing to learn livestock care as well) and have also had reptilian pets in the past, open to snakes, birds, dragons, rodents, fish, you name it. If we agree it’s a good match and I’m taking care of your home, just tell me what you want & need taken care of and I’ll do whatever I can to make sure you come home to a happy and comfortable home, almost like you never left! Rover is fun too because you never know who you’re going to meet! I am open to all kind and loving humans and animals, and I do not discriminate in any manner. As long as you have good virtues and love life and all around you to the fullest, I’m sure it will be a good match and will be an honor to support each other. At this phase in my life I wear many hats, including pet & home sitter, homeschool teacher, online educator and student. I also have a job online where I can work remotely during the week, so this allows me the ability to create my own schedule and work where ever I am. So, for now pet sitting fits right in and is a perfect compliment to my lifestyle and goals. Where I’d typically be working from my home taking care of my pets, home, and land, my partner can take care of ours while I take care of yours, and then I also get to make and save a little extra $ towards the first home fund! So, as long as I have internet access I can work from anywhere, making me very flexible for your pet’s specific needs. In your home I will follow your instructions and duplicate however you care for your pet & home. You tell me! I love going on walks and am as adventurous as your pet (dog loves a walk on the beach? Jump in let’s go! But if they’d rather stay home and snuggle that’s great too). 😊

Sarah C.

“Sarah is GREAT. Best by far we have had take care of our boys. We have two very high maintenance dogs, and she took them no questions asked. She got them regular vigorous exercise, practiced training with them, and made us feel so comfortable throughout the whole process by sending photos and updates :) HIGHLY recommend.”

Emma G.
“Emma is a kind, responsible and an attentive care giver for our dogs. She is always on time and our dogs are always well cared for and happy when we return.”

Laurel O.

“Wow ~ Laurel was so wonderful to work with. She was flexible, very easy to communicate with, and went above and beyond to make sure my dog had a great day. Side note: though the place is a teeny bit out of the way, it’s 100% worth the (completely stunning scenic) drive !”
