“I highly recommend Natalie as a sitter for anyone in need. This was my first time using her services for my dog Chloe, and I must admit, I was initially very nervous about leaving her with someone, as I had never left her in the care of another person before. However, from the moment I met Natalie, I could immediately sense her genuine love for animals. Chloe, who is a rescue and has a history as a breeder dog, is typically very cautious around new people. But, to my delight, Chloe was calm and even allowed Natalie to touch her, which was a huge step. When I expressed my concerns about Chloe potentially feeling abandoned, Natalie reassured me with warmth and confidence that Chloe would be just fine. Throughout my time away, Natalie was quick to respond to my check-ins, sending pictures of Chloe happily interacting with her children and another dog. It was evident that Chloe was having a wonderful time, which allowed me to relax and fully enjoy my vacation. I will definitely be using Natalie’s sitter services again in the future. She is truly amazing, and I am so grateful for the peace of mind she provided. Thank you, Natalie, for easing my worries and helping me have a fantastic time away. I look forward to seeing you again soon!”

“Finding someone that you can trust that will care for and love your fur baby as you do can be challenging. We were able to find someone and more in Robin. From the moment we started taking to the meet and greet to leaving Remy with her for a few days was fantastic. Her communication was excellent and fast right from the beginning. We weren't gone long before she was already sending pictures which is something we said we would take any time.. throughout our few days away we received many updates and pictures and from the pictures we could see that Remy was very happy and being cared and loved just as we do. Robin's compassion to take care of and spend time with animals is very clear. Remy even seemed a little sad after we picked him up and brought him home like he missed her and her fun dog Stella. We can't recommend Robin enough and we will definitely be using again!”

“Breanna has been an absolute lifesaver! Her flexibility was quite remarkable. But, on to the dogs— she’s like a dog whisperer lol. My very difficult and reactive dog took to her immediately and my senior dog was comfortable as well. My dogs were well cared for, no doubt about it. I will definitely use her again.”

“Christina did an excellent job taking care of our senior golden retriever. She kept us updated and sent pictures. It was so nice to enjoy a few days away without worrying about our pet! I would highly recommend her!”

“Molly was super sweet and took amazing care of our pups!! She sent us updates everyday and lots of pictures to keep me at ease and to ensure my girls were doing okay. I would definitely recommend Molly!!”

About: I have worked many different animal specific jobs over the years. From pet stores, dog bathing, to overnight doggie daycares. There have always been animals around me at home, especially dogs! Now that my childhood dog (Brownie) is getting older, I’ve also gained more experience with senior canines too. I am currently unemployed, so I’ll have plenty of time to give attention to and care for your precious fur friend(s)! I am available for check-ins any day of the week after 11am. My family is able to help with transportation, but please discuss details with me ahead of time for availability if needed. My house has a spacious front and backyard, including an invisible fence that both of my dogs are trained with. There are plenty of dog beds, water bowls, and a big bucket of toys laying around inside the house. There is also multiple doggie doors leading from the inside of the garage and into the house (both have slide door blockers as well). I am located on a quiet dirt road and can offer dog walks to get extra energy out. A bathtub is also on the top floor if you’re interested in giving your pooch a relaxing spa day. I love taking photos/videos, don’t hesitate to ask!
“We left our 15 lb Yorkie in the care of Elizabeth for three nights and were very pleased with the care she provided. He has special dietary requirements as he has colitis and Elizabeth fed him exactly as needed and he came home healthy and happy as could be. She sent us pictures of him every day out walking and in the house and he looked like he was having a ball. Either way I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her or use her again to look out for our dog while we are out of town.”

“Kymberly and Robert always do such a great job with my Mala. Mala is 15 years old now and has stayed with them many times. She always knows when I pack her travel bag that she will get to vacation with them, and she gets so excited! Ours dogs are family, and it can be hard to leave them, but I never have any concerns whatever when I leave Mala with Kymberly and Robert. They are my trusted sitters!”
“Highly recommend Lindsay. We booked with her last minute for a week. She was very attentive and answered any question I had. She sent me updates on Abby. I felt like my pup was safe and well loved. Abby whimpered the whole way home because she was sad to leave. When we picked up Abby we had a sweet card and a report card on how she was during her stay. We will definitely use Lindsay moving forward. She is amazing!!”

“Alyx was wonderful to work with and we are very happy we found her! She was easy to communicate with and kept us updated on Lucy's stay with messages and pictures. We were nervous leaving Lucy with a new sitter but feel confident that she was well cared for and given lots of one-on-one attention in her time with Alyx. We definitely recommend her!”
“Marissa was fantastic! She went above and beyond for our dogs and took such good care of them. She sent photos every day. She took them for walks and swims and gave them extra love and the best care. She was extremely responsive, and I would give her 10 stars if I could! I hope to use her again in the future!”

“Sarah was very responsive as we set up our meet and greet so she could get to know Mia. She has a great home and yard for hosting pups, and her little dog, Sweetie, was very excited to meet our Mia. We especially appreciated that Sarah was accommodating of our older dog's needs, especially with climbing stairs. Mia seemed happy and settled in well with Sarah's family. We would happily leave Mia in Sarah's care again.”

“Natalie is fantastic! She kept us well informed on our pups throughout their stay, and they were extremely well cared for. My dogs are older (10 and 12.5), and when my boy became despondent with separation anxiety (during his first 24 hours) she let us know immediately and we formulated a plan to help him cope. Lizzie is amazing. She keeps in touch practically every day. She has a big house so our greyhound looking dog has plenty of room. And in every photo she sends Rain, our dog looks extremely contended. Thank you Lizzie for taking such good care of her so we wouldn’t have any worries!!!
Rosey, our golden retriever, starts smiling as soon as she sees Lizzie and Brad's home.--Even after being away for a year, Rosey remembers them and can't wait to see them. They are the most loving and attentive guardians anyone could ask for. I know she is happy and well taken care of whenever she visits.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
